Okay, so the guild will be doing a newsletter every month from now on for people to read, and we're also collaborating with New Pretty Town (as the new guild's external tektek shop) and the're going to be spreading our newsletter out to everyone who visits the shop as well cat_3nodding

How to submit articles;

1 - Just type them up in either a Microsoft Word or Notepad Document
2 - Go to dropbox to upload them; I've created an account using a dummy e-mail for the guild to share
3 - Sign in with the Username: Lady Avatard and Password: Drop It Like It's Hot! (case sensitive, and there ARE spaces!)
4 - Upload them to the dropbox account (don't delete anything!!!)
5 - Quote me and let me know you've uploaded cat_3nodding

If you'd like a reference point for the types of articles we need, defer to My Gaia Magazine (some of the articles won't really apply, but check out the avatar related ones!!!)

So below are a list of things to be done (I'll update as I go along);

- December's Featured Avatar

Basically for this I would suggest going through the guild's "New Avatars" forum to find a few avatars that are really magnificent and original, then open a poll thread for people to vote on them until the end of the month (I'll send out an announcement so they'll know about it)

As for time frame, I suggest finding the avatars between the 1st and 20th, then using the end of the month to have votes cast, leaving a day at the end for yourself to write up a small snippet about the feedback and votes.

- Discussion and rating of December's MC

Basically open up a quick discussion and poll when the MC comes out, takes people's scores and feedback on the item, then add your own critique on why you think they all felt that way.

- Discussion of December's RIG and must haves from it

For this I suggest the same as the MC; open a thread with a poll and discussions on the items, then evaluate the bigger items as well as mentioning the nicer yet cheaper items as well cat_3nodding

- About the guild

Every month I'll have an article about avatars but not set in stone, and this month, seeing as it's our first article, I'd like someone to talk about the guild and everything we do! Just make sure you've looked through everything and even spoken to some of the crew about what we do and what we plan to do as well cat_3nodding
