Every time i got into create a sim my game crashes! I can spend maybe 10 minutes and halfway get one sim done! It's so frustrating! It even happens in game when I'm trying to plan a new outfit for a sim or give them a new hairstyle! I don't what is going wrong its frustrates the crap out of me becuase sometimes i lose a whole save file in the process...
What can i do to fix this?! please help me crying

Well first of all we need to know if you are playing TS2 or TS3.
Then we will also need to know if you use any custom content in your game.

Then the first step to solving the problem is for you to take out ALL of your cc and then try running the game without it.
If the problem is gone then we know that it is one of your CC files that is causing the problem.
You can then slowly add them back into your game a few at a time reloading the game each time until the problem comes back to narrow down which is the problem file.

well it runs fine without cc
and all my cc is from the sims store

Hmm, I was expecting it to be third party CC that would cause the issue.
I suppose at least now you are a bit closer to solving your issue.
