If you want a detailed NPC with possible 'quests' so to speak, quote me. Or if you want detailed chats with an NPC. Just make sure you put the person's name in the quote along with what you want 'Quest' or 'Chat'! Oh yeah, all my characters are available. If you want your character to meet the king in the streets, I can make it happen.
