from what I can tell, the colors mean that they were contacted on certain dates, and that they have 5 days from the date at the bottom of their color to reply..
(green seems to mean that they cant be contacted with PM's)

why? what happened?

I was thinking that instead of putting all this time into making current members active, maybe we should try attracting new active members.. or even just let things go and watch it all run wild?
