They are making a petition to ban anime from America and Canada! Here's what it says..

Anime is a perverse, evil, insiduous form of animation from the dark land of Japan, and is corrupting America's youth at unprecedented rates. 1) Ah My Goddess: A sick and disgusting show which causes children under the age of 18 to think they are capable of love. 2) Love Hina: I'm not even going to mention the unspeakable, disgusting, *****, pornograhpic events which transpire during this show, but suffice it to say, groups of young men on Love Hina-fueled rampages are raping children at a level unheard of since the 60s.

If you are a parent or a decent human being, I urge you to sign this petition to ban all forms of anime in the United States. Anyone who is found in possesion of anime should be arrested and jailed for an exhorbant period of time. Anime is a dark scourge upon our beautiful nation, and we don't need this Japanese filth corrupting the hearts of the children.

As a resonsible Christian, I demand to see this garbage removed from our nation. Please sign this petition and send it to George Bush, your Congressman, and the makers/distributors of anime filth and depravity.

NEVER!! Luckily, a beautiful soul has created a opposing petition, saying to SAVE ANIME! Please sign it! For the sake of our beloved Furuba cast, the big deciion of Kyou or Yuki and anime!

where'd u find that? geez, thats stupid. they wouldn't do that...anime and manga are so popular! blaugh and not all anime has um..inappropriate stuff in it...sheesh, this person who wrote this just chose the anime series that um has some inappropriate stuff...well..i've never read or seen those series but whatever.

Oh Geeze. This person has obviously never heard of parentally controlling there own kids and not everyone elses or has't learned yet that God created humans with Free Will, which is to think and to act in the way we choose. Yes, I am christen like this nutso, but I support anime 100%

1. This person can control people as much as she wants, but this is never going to work out. Never in a million years. Its gonna get tossed later
2. There are other kinds of anime out there. They doesn't have to go all crazy just because they've seen inappropriate ones. I mean, look at the anime dubs by 4Kids. They make anime harmless
3. This person needs to put a parental lock or something on their Tv and deal with the fact that a lot of people are against this, therefore her plan to eliminate anime will never work
4. People choose to watch anime because they want to, not because they are forced to. Which means if they doesn't thats fine, but they have absolutely no right to take away anime from someone who enjoys it. T
5. Thrown in jail? WTF is this?

ugh! where did you hear that! that really sucks. i dont think anime is that bad. and besides if its a bad innfluence on children then their parents should not let them watch it. ugh.....
