Good day, valiant Warriors of China.

Did you ever happen to have a very hilarious, weird or funny event happen in your Dynasty Warriors Empires gameplay?

If so, might wanna share it with others? 3nodding

I will start this section with some of my most found memories of playing the Dynasty Warriors Empires Series.

During Dynasty Warriors 4, I began creation of six very important characters that were developed over the times in Romance of the Three Kingdoms (which already proved to have some sort of effect to certain Factions in the game)

These characters turned out to somewhat effect the way of my gameplay in ways I’ve never thought they would, but that all started after DW4 Empires. During DW5 Empires.

In DW5 Empires, one of my Characters named Mhi Hayoli was with the Wei forces all the time. When I played a round with her as leader (she had Zhang Hu, Lu Xun, Pai Quan (OC) and Zhang Liao in her first month as ruler) and tried recruiting some officers. During an invasion of my land by Guan Yu, his officer Cao Cao defected to my group. Later the same happened with Zhang He and Xu Huang.
As I continued my conquest nearly all Wei Officers had joined my army. During a battle against Dong Zhuo something completely hilarious happened.

Dong Zhuo Force – Dong Zhuo, Sima Yi, Dong Xi, Lu Su, Li Ru, Chen Gong
Mhi Ha Force – Mhi Hayoli, Zhang Liao, Cao Ren, Zhang Hu, Pei Yuan Shao, Ma Liang (Xiahou Dun, Bo Zang)

I was fighting at Luo Yang, riding the Shadowrunner, played on Hard Difficulty and my Reinforcements had arrived just a few seconds ago. When I came close to the central base, Sima Yi appeared and knocked me off my horse. Suddenly Zhang Liao, Cao Ren and Xiahou Dun turned from their course and came at my position without me telling them to. The three surrounded Sima Yi and beat the crap out of him for stealing my horse XD

In another Playthrough with her, I realized that all Wei Officers refused to attack me and were captured right away. Zhang Liao always chooses to change sides and join her whenever he got a chance.

Now let's take a look at Umi Mari.

Umi Mari was meant to be a strong independent female character. Her weapon differs in each game. Mostly she uses either throwing knifes, the big boomerang or the Wrist-Crossbow-Blade thingy from DW6.

In one game with my sister, we played on Chaos Mode and were attacking Luo Yang with the following officers during DW 5. Umi Mari (Me), Pai Quan (my sister), Xiahou Dun, Cao Hong, Cheng Gong and Bo Zang.

My sister ran to the gates of Luo Yang to conquer the base that was south of it on the wall. Suddenly Lu Bu appeared behind her and started chasing her around. She was already at half health and he was really a handful. I hurried to try and help her with it, although I also was low on health. Suddenly Lu Bu turned away and ran from me as I reached the battleground. We then were chasing him instead and laughed, because we never saw him act like That before.

Next up - Hanleng + Wufeng + Hua Yan

Those three are brothers (at least in my fictional Stories and how I made them). The weird thing with these three is that they always act the same way - no matter which game, where I play or who I play. Hanleng is always with someone from Wei, Wufeng is always with one of the Shu and Huo Yan always with one of Wu. And if I play one of them and engage into combat with their forces, they always target me and try to kill me first. I feel like I am wearing a magnet when they are around XD During DW7 Empires, Hanleng always rose to the status of Strategist in a Wei Kingdom, if NONE of the other Wei Strategists was around. Huo Yan always rose to the rank of a Marshal unless Huang Gai or Zhuo Tai were there. Wufeng never seemed to care for rank. he stayed Lt. often.

Speaking of DW6 and 7 Empires there.

Mhi Hayoli evolved over time. During DW6 Empires, in one of the bandit missions, I had some strange occurrences.

One being Zhou Yu appearing as Bandit captain all the time XD No matter how often I replayed the game with her, Zhou Yu was always the Bandit captain (unless he was hired by a force)

Another thing being that all Wei Officer still refused to hurt her. They dodge-rolled all over the place when I engaged them as Mhi Hayoli.

In DW7 the last occurrence stopped happening (which I am grateful for), but I've got the problem that every Male character floods towards her and tries to join her force (or the force she is serving in).
I once worked for Cao Cao and had a Force of ONLY male characters in there XD

I really can't wait to see if that will happen in DW8 Empires as well XD

Next up would be Hanleng again.

Hanleng seems to hate Jia Xu. Everytime I played with him, Hanleng came and murdered me XD

Another weird thing is Lu Meng's and Lu Xun's weird despice of him. When I play as Hanleng, the two often place fire traps for him (although they would have been more useful elsewhere). They also loved to lock him into bases (or others of my allied officers locking me into bases with them) XD
I would see this as coincidence, if it wouldn't happen every darn time I play DW Empires XD

Another funny thing that happened a few days ago when me and my sister played DW7 and DW7 Empires.

In DW7 on the first Map at the Wu Storyline, I jumped from the cliff northeast of the map with my horse and suddenly got stuck in the rubble.
I glitched right through the and my sister could see my head and that of my horse, but I couldn't escape, so she had to finish the battle without me XD

In DW7 Empires, I played as Mhi Hayoli in another playthrough, working for one of my own CAW characters, Ignitz Amell (from Dragon Age Origins). During the battle of Hanzhong (I think it was), in the most central base on the map (the big one with the two stairways to east and west) I fought together with Zhang Liao and Zhang Lu against Xiahou Dun, Xiahou Yuan, Zhang Jiao and Zhuge Dan.

Now here is what happened! The base was under their control and we tried to capture it. Every time (and I mean EVERY TIME) when one of the officers walked outside the gateway THEY HEALED ALL COMPLETELY!
I realized it when Zhang Jiao went outside the base, his health went to full and Xiahou Dun stood next to Zhang Liao, fighting on the right of my view sight. It was hilarious, yet really troublesome, since every time one of them went outside the gate and returned, all officers were healed completely. X_X
I managed to break the loop when I conquered that base.
