Darson Grays vs Kale Amoh

The crowd seems pretty pumped up after that last title match, now turning their attention over to the entrance aisle, knowing that it's time to see if one of the upstarts in GWA can upset a veteran.

Roselyn: "The following contest is scheduled for one fall with a thirty minute time limit! Your referee is Dave Nichols."

Toshiro Masuda's "The Raising Fighting Spirit" from the Naruto soundtrack begins, the distinctive sound of the Japanese flute over the backing guitars making the crowd immediately recognize who is about to enter. The curtains get thrown open a few moments later, the crowd letting out a big cheer for Kale as he walks down the aisle, slapping hands with the fans and looking confident, knowing that this is his chance to really make it big.

Roselyn: "Making his way to the ring, weighing two hundred two pounds, he is a member of the Samurai Army...KALE AMOH!!!

Once he reaches the ring, Kale hops up onto the apron, moving through the ropes and bouncing off of them. After landing, he jumps in place one time, then raises his arm up to the crowd, hand clenched in a fist, showing his eagerness to get into this match, the crowd responding with slightly louder cheers for him. His entrance theme fades out afterwards, the crowd turning their attention back towards the aisle quickly, knowing who's due out next.

The opening beat of "Another Body Murdered" begins, the crowd immediately getting up on their feet to clap and pound the barriers along with the beat of the song while green strobe lights flash around them.

TURN ME UP!

The music increases in tempo for a few seconds, leading up to a garbled scream that soon fades out, the lights cutting off as well for a few seconds before the speakers begin blaring the opening of "Guerilla Radio" by Rage Against the Machine, the lights now sweeping in red and orange over the crowd. The fans alter the beat of their clapping and pounding just slightly to fit the new song, letting out a huge pop as the curtains are thrown open a few seconds later when the main beat of the song kicks in. Dar stands at the end of the aisle for several moments, looking down towards the ring as the crowd watches him. The Samoan seems a little less enthusiastic than usual, likely over what had happened at the last show, but soon begins his walk down towards the ring, high-fiving fans and receiving slaps on the back in return.

Roselyn: "And his opponent, from American Samoa, weighing in at two hundred seventy-five pounds, he is the Original Archetype of eXcellence...DARSON GRAYS!!!

Dar doesn't take his usual trip around the ring this time, instead just rolling in under the bottom rope, quickly getting up to his feet and looking over at Kale for a few moments, then heading over to his corner, pulling his jacket off on the way. Kale, seemingly reminded by this, quickly removes his t-shirt and chain, handing them off to an official as Dar does the same with his jacket, the two leaning back against their corners on opposite sides of the ring.

LIGHTS OUT!
GUERILLA RADIO!

The lights switch back to their normal glow as Roselyn exits the ring, being replaced by Dave Nichols as he quickly comes in to check both men for foreign objects, finding none. After doing so, he quickly asks both men if they're ready, then steps back and calls for the bell.

DING DING DING!!!

Dar and Kale walk forward towards the center of the ring, stopping about a foot away from each other before Dar extends his hand, showing respect for the younger wrestler, who quickly takes it in a handshake, the crowd cheering this as the two men release it and step back, now beginning to circle the ring. After making almost a complete circle around, the two suddenly step forward and lock up into a grapple. Kale puts up an admirable fight, but Dar soon begins to push him back into the ropes without too much effort, his size and strength advantage showing early in the match as he pushes the younger wrestler into the ropes. Nichols calls for the break, Dar slowly stepping back and placing his hands on Kale's chest, finally stepping back once again and giving Kale a clean break. However, Kale doesn't reciprocate, coming at Dar with sudden kicks and boots to the mid-section, knocking Dar back towards the middle of the ring. The Samoan quickly cuts these off with an elbow to the jaw, but Kale just shakes it off and quickly comes back with more kicks, hitting a few punches to push Dar into the ropes before whipping him across the ring. Dar reverses it, however, and manages to block a Yakuza Kick from Kale with his forearm, hitting him with another elbow afterwards. Kale runs back to the ropes, coming in with another Yakuza Kick, which Dar blocks again, and hits him with another elbow. Kale seems to be starting to feel the effects of the strikes, but runs back to the ropes one more time, this time ducking under a Roaring Elbow from Dar, coming off the opposite set of ropes and connecting with the Yakuza Kick! Dar rolls up to his feet, getting right up against Kale, mouthing off to him before Kale shoves him back and kicks him in the chest. Dar calls for another one, Kale now throwing a series of hard kicks right into Dar's chest, finally knocking the Samoan down after the about the fifth or sixth one. The crowd lets out a cheer for this, Kale with a grin on his face, though breathing a little heavily, obviously having to put a lot into those kicks to make them effective.

Dar rolls over onto his stomach, starting to get up, but Kale comes over to kick him in the back, stomping on his head and grabbing the ropes to push his boot down into the side of Dar's head, finally making the Samoan roll out of the ring for a few moments to get his bearings, Nichols making Kale back off. Kale ignores the ref, though, shoving him aside and getting out of the ring to grab Dar's arm, quickly whipping him into the steel barrier, then running forward to KNOCK HIM OVER THE BARRIER WITH A YAKUZA KICK! Dar is definitely out of it after that one, the crowd letting out a huge cheer for this, having not expected Kale to get the advantage so early in the match. Kale quickly hops over the barrier, picking Dar up and hitting him with another kick to the chest, this one making Dar fall back into an empty chair. Kale goes at him with more kicks, able to hit him easier now that his chest is lower from his seated position, a couple of kicks finally making the chair just collapse under Dar's weight as he falls back. Nichols comes to the outside now, telling Kale to bring the match back into the ring. Kale decides to do that, grabbing Dar and dragging him back over to the ring, rolling him under the bottom ropes. Kale grabs the top rope after pulling himself up onto the apron, suddenly vaulting over it and looking like he's going to hit a double stopm to Dar's chest, but he instead lands just to the side of him, only to lightly kick his boot back into the side of his face, the crowd letting out an "OHHHH" at the sudden display of cockiness from Kale, though not seeming too disappointed by it. As Dar starts to get up to his feet, Kale comes at him with some thrust kicks right into the face, but Dar seemingly ignores them, standing up and allowing Kale to repeatedly hit him with the kicks right to his jaw and temple. Finally, Dar just knocks Kale's boot away, then walks forward and nails Kale with a Headbutt, but Kale shakes it off as quickly as he can, coming at Dar with several hard slaps. Dar breaks it off with a series of elbows, though, the crowd cheering for the strikes, five or six causing Kale to collapse to the mat.

Dar lifts Kale up to his feet, rubbing his jaw a little, then pushes him back into the corner, now coming at him with a chop/elbow combination, alternating between the strikes and making Kale slump down in the corner from them. Kale starts to fight back after several moments, however, coming at Dar with kicks to the side of his leg, finally reaching forward and trying to lift Dar up in a Bodyslam. Kale doesn't seem to be quite able to do it, however, Dar pushing him away, only to have Kale come at him with more kicks to the leg. Kale once again tries to lift Dar up for a Bodyslam, but Dar finally reverses it and lifts Kale up for one of his own, only to turn him around and set him up in a Dragon Sleeper position. From there, Dar turns to the side and drops an elbow right across his face in a Final Cut! Dar reaches down to lift Kale up, the younger wrestler seeming pretty dazed now after getting the point of the Samoan's elbow dropped right into his face, but looks even more out of it after getting hit with a Burning Elbow Smash! Kale does a complete roll after getting hit with the move, ending up on his stomach as the crowd cheers, seeing that the Samoan is now taking control with his more powerful strikes. Dar lifts Kale up to his feet only to throw him out of the ring, moving to the outside and pushing him up against the nearby barrier, connecting with another Burning Elbow Smash that knocks Kale all the way over the steel, the crowd cheering once again for these hard strikes from the Samoan. Dar reaches down over the barrier to pull Kale back to ringside, this time whipping him into the barrier. Kale slumps down against it as Dar walks over to grab him by the head, picking him back up and dragging him back over to the ring to roll him inside, sliding in and moving over Kale to cover him in a lateral press. "1...2" Kale kicks out, showing that he's got some heart behind him, indicating that Dar is going to have to do more than hit him with a few elbows.

Dar doesn't seem all too bothered by that, however, apparently deciding that he'll hit Kale with as many elbows as it takes, because he's a young punk that needs to learn his lesson, damn it. Dar lifts Kale up to his feet, pushing him against the ropes before connecting with another elbow, this one making Kale slump back down to the mat, dazed still from all these strikes. Reaching down, Dar picks Kale up, then whips him across the ring. Kale manages to duck an elbow from him, however, coming off the ropes again, only to have Dar catch the younger wrestler and lift him up in the air for a Gorilla Press, then throw him right down on his face for a Flapjack, Kale rolling onto his back and clutching at his nose, where most of the impact had gone. Dar quickly follows up with a pin, this time pressing his hand down into Kale's face to help it out. "1...2" Kale kicks out. Dar lifts Kale right back up, showing no frustration from not getting the three count, and picks him up horizontally in the air to drop him right down on his knee with a Backbreaker, locking in a Cross-Knee Backbreaker hold from there. Kale cries out as his spine gets stretched out over Dar's leg, the Samoan pushing down hard on Kale's chest and thigh to curve his back, releasing the pressure somewhat every so often, only to push down even harder. Kale refuses to tap out from the hold, though, and after about twenty seconds with it locked in, Dar just pushes him down to the mat on his shoulders for a pin. "1...2..." Kale still kicks out, the young wrestler definitely not giving up so easily. Dar decides to go after Kale's back again, grabbing his leg and rolling him over onto his stomach before sitting back and locking in the HALF CRAB WITH SAMOAN CRANK! Kale cries out, cringing and extending his hands towards the ropes as Dar stretches out his spine even further with this hold, pulling waaaaay back on Kale's leg, seemingly trying to touch his foot to the back of his head. Kale tries to push himself up and crawl forward on his hands and knees towards the ropes, but Dar sits down on his back, making him fall back to the mat from his weight. Still, though, Kale presses down hard and manages to force himself up even with Dar's weight on his back, slowly crawling forward and finally falling towards the ropes, reaching out to grab the bottom one. Nichols calls for the break, and Dar lets the hold off after a second or two.

Dar pulls Kale away from the ropes, not giving him any time to pull himself back together, and grabs him by the head, running him over to the corner to bash his forehead against the top turnbuckle. Kale turns and slumps down in the corner, but Dar picks him right back up, hitting another one of those chop/elbow combinations, Kale soon slumping down once again. Dar picks him up one more time, this time pulling Kale around into a Reverse Waistlock before flexing back to drop him on his head with a German Suplex! Bridge! "1...2..." Kale kicks out. As Dar lifts Kale up, the younger wrestler suddenly knocks his hands away, hitting Dar with another one of those hard slaps. Dar responds with an elbow to Kale's jaw, making him stumble back a step, but Kale comes right back with another slap, the two of them trading strikes until Kale goes for one more slap, only to miss Dar's face and collapse to the mat, the crowd cheering just at the thought of how hard Dar must be hitting the younger wrestler in order for him to just collapse like that. Nichols tries to make Dar back off for a little bit, but the Samoan soon just knocks his arms away, walking over to pick Kale up and bash him back into the corner with another elbow. From there, he whips him into the ropes, but holds onto his arm, pulling Kale forward right into his knee, knocking the wind out of him. Dar does it again on the opposite set of ropes, then pulls him forward to lift Kale up in the air and plant him with a Nodowa Otoshi! The modified Chokeslam throws Kale down to the mat on his neck and shoulders, Dar following up with another pin. "1...2...TH-" Kale kicks out, surprising some of the crowd, as well as Dar, who furrows his brow as he sits up on his knees, thinking that might have been enough. Still, though, he shakes it off, getting up to his feet and lifting Kale up as well, once again knocking him back into the corner with a hard elbow strike. Grabbing his arm, Dar goes to whip him into the opposite corner, but Kale suddenly reverses, sending him into the turnbuckles instead, only to be met with a boot to the face from Dar as he charges forward. As Dar runs forward after delivering it, though, Kale cuts him off with a high kick to Dar's own face, stalling the Samoan's momentum. Dar quickly runs into the ropes, only to have Kale turn around and grab him around the waist, jumping forward to pull him down in a Side Effect! The crowd lets out a cheer for that, apparently excited to see Kale back on the offensive, and the younger wrestler quickly goes for a pin. "1...2" Dar kicks out, though, literally throwing Kale up and off of him in the process, showing the younger wrestler he has a way to go yet in weakening Dar before he can pull a win off.

Kale quickly gets up, though, pulling Dar up to his feet and coming in with a quick flurry of kicks to his chest and the outside of his leg, finally ending it by spinning around to hit a Mule Kick to his stomach. Kale then runs to the ropes, vaulting over them onto the apron and turning around to pull himself up onto them, jumping off the top to catch Dar right in the face with a Springboard Dropkick! As Dar starts to get up, Kale quickly goes out onto the apron again, jumping up and leaping forward with another Springboard Dropkick, this time hitting Dar in the back of his head! Kale quickly rolls him back over for a pin, seemingly getting his energy back now that he's in control. "1...2..." Dar kicks out. Kale lifts Dar back up to his feet, whipping him into the corner and running forward to catch him in the face again with a Yakuza Kick. Kale then begins to lay into the Samoan with chops in the corner, throwing them out as hard as he can, and seems to be doing some damage despite Dar's propensity for ignoring strikes. Finally, Kale clenches his fists and pulls his arms in towards his body, letting out a yell before grabbing Dar's head and pulling it down to throw some KAWADA KICKS TO THE FACE! Dar seems dazed after those, and Kale quickly pulls him out towards the middle of the ring, crossing his arms across his chest and lifting Dar up for the IZUNA BUS-NO! Kale doesn't seem to be able to lift Dar up to hit the move, and Dar suddenly pulls Kale up in a Northern Lights position, going for the ISLAND THUNDER BUS-NO! Kale manages to swing off his back to land behind him, catching Dar with another hard slap as he turns around. Dar and Kale trade shots once again, but Kale knows that he isn't going to win it, and quickly tries to catch Dar with a kick to the chest. Dar grabs his leg, though, only to have Kale swing up his other one and hit Dar in the back of the head with an Enzuigiri! Dar stumbles forward, reaching back to hold his head, but Kale doesn't give him any time to recover, quickly moving forward and pulling his arms into a straightjacket position before flexing back into the SHINOBI SUPLEX! BRIDGE! "1...2...TH-" Dar kicks out, the crowd letting out cheers for that sudden attack from Kale, as well as the close call on Dar's part.

Kale seems a bit disappointed with not getting a pin there, but shakes it off, quickly lifting Dar back up to his feet and starting to set him up for another Shinobi Suplex, but Dar manages to break out of it, only to get hit with several slaps from Kale, who then runs back to the ropes, only to be met halfway on the rebound with a CHARGING ELBOW FROM DAR! Kale goes down hard from the running elbow strike, rolling over to lay beneath the ropes as the crowd lets out a cheer, the Samoan obviously feeling the need to take control back in this match after that close call with the suplex. Dar walks over to pull Kale away from the ropes, lifting him up to his feet and tucking his head under his arm, flexing back for the DANGEROUS BACKDROPPA-NO! Kale manages to float over and land on his feet behind Dar, backing up into the corner and catching the Samoan with a boot to the jaw as he runs forward. Kale then quickly pulls himself up onto the top turnbuckle, jumping off for a Diving Hurricarana, only to have Dar catch him in mid-air, pulling him up onto his shoulders and POWERBOMBING HIM INTO THE TURNBUCKLES! The crowd lets out an "OHHH" as Kale's back gets driven hard into the barely-covered metal ties, but Dar doesn't give him any time to recover, picking him up and pulling him into a Japanese Stranglehold position before flexing back into the PLEXCELLENCE!!! BRIDGE! "1...2...THR-NOO!" Kale somehow manages to kick out, bringing forth a huge cheer from the crowd, who are obviously starting to show some support for the underdog in this match. Dar stands up to his feet, looking down at Kale for a few moments before turning out to the crowd and drawing his thumb across his throat, signalling the end of the match as he turns to pick the younger wrestler back up, Kale close to dead weight now after that neck-murdering suplex. Once he gets him up to his feet, Dar holds his head up with one hand, leaning back as far as he can before throwing another BURNING ELBOW SMA-NO! KALE DUCKS AND GRABS DAR'S ARMS TO PULL HIM DOWN IN A BACKSLIDE! "1...2...THR-NOOOOOO!!!" The Samoan kicks out at the last second, the crowd allowing themselves to breathe and sitting back down, having thought that Kale seriously had the match won with that flash pin.

Dar rolls up to his feet, but Kale meets him halfway, throwing out a Savate Kick straight into his face and quickly spinning around to deliver two hard slaps, but as he goes for the spinning back chop, Dar blocks his arm, spinning around for his own Roaring Elbow, only to have Kale duck it and spin to connect the chop to the Samoan's neck as he turns around to face him again, finishing off the combo with a high kick right into Dar's temple, finishing off the BLITZ RUSH! As Dar stumbles backwards, Kale runs to the ropes, coming off and jumping up to hit him right in the chin with a BUSAIKU KNEEEEEEE KICKAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!! The Samoan takes a few steps back after being hit with the move, then collapses to the mat like a felled tree, both men lying on the canvas afterwards, Kale just too exhausted to capitalize at the moment. Finally, both start to roll over to opposite sides of the ring, Dar using the ropes to pull himself up near the corner, Kale standing up a few seconds earlier and running forward as Dar turns around, knocking him into the corner with a LARIAT! With Dar stunned once more, Kale reaches down, slowly managing to push Dar further up into the corner, stopping once he sets him on the top turnbuckle. Turning around, Kale reaches up over him to grab Dar around the waist, pulling him forward and walking out of the corner as he holds Dar upside down in a belly-to-belly position, suddenly dropping down to hit a TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER!!! The crowd is up on their feet immediately as Kale lets Dar slump down onto his back, quickly dropping over him for a pin. "1...2...THR-NOOOO!!!" Somehow, Dar gets a shoulder up, the crowd once again having held their breath during the count, though seeming almost surprised as Kale, as much for the fact that Dar kicked out of the move as Kale being able to hold Dar up long enough to perform the move properly. Kale knows he can't give up now, though, and picks Dar up to his feet once again, this time hitting him with a shortened version of the BLITZ RUSH, only hitting the Savate Kick, spinning chop and High Kick before running to the ropes, but the Samoan suddenly charges forward and RUINS KALE'S FACE WITH A CHARGING ELBOW!!!

The younger wrestler goes flipping over onto his stomach after being intercepted with the Charging Elbow, and Dar quickly picks him up to his feet, not giving him any time to recover as he comes at him with a series of vicious elbow strikes, pounding them into Kale's temple and jaw, looking like he's trying to knock him out with the basic strikes alone. After several of them, though, Dar suddenly pulls Kale down into a Standing Head Scissors, hooking both his arms and flipping him up to slam him down to the mat with a FOLDOVER TIGERBOMB! Rather than go for the pin, though, Dar lifts Kale right back up to his feet, and spins around to hit him with a ROARING ELBOW!!! Kale drops to the mat from this, looking practically dead after all those strikes, the crowd expecting this to be it as Dar drops down for another pin. "1...2...THR-NOOOOOO!!!" KALE GETS A SHOULDER UP! The crowd goes NUTS as Kale crawls away from Dar, seeming nearly delirious by this point, almost as if he'd kicked out on instinct alone, heading over in the direction of the ropes. Kale drops to his stomach before he can reach them, though, and Dar lifts him up from behind, tucking his head in under his arm, the crowd knowing what's coming now, and seeming fearful for Kale's well-being as he gets set up for it. Dar doesn't seem too worried, though, as he flexes back to drop Kale right on his god damn head with the DANGEROUS BACKDROPPAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!! BRIDGE!!! "1...2...THR-NOOOOO!!!" The crowd is up on their feet and cheering as soon as they see Kale's legs move to kick out from the move, Dar rolling over onto his stomach and staring at Kale wide-eyed, unable to believe he was able to kick out of that after all the punishment he's taken in this match. Kale doesn't seem to be moving after that last kick out, and Dar pounds his fist down on the mat, standing up one more time and bringing Kale up with him, having to hold him up, the younger wrestler barely able to stand at this point. Finally, Dar steps back a bit, then comes in...RIGHT ELBOW STRIKE! LEFT ELBOW STRIKE! ROARING BACK ELBOOOOOWWWW!!! Kale just drops after getting hit with that last move, and Dar follows him for a pin. "1...2...THREE!!!"

The crowd lets out a cheer, seeming happy with that ending to the match, though they'd been behind Kale for the most part of it. Nobody in the Aekea Sports Center can doubt that he put as much as he could into the match, anyway. After several moments, Dar gets up to his feet, walking over to the small group of trainers that have gathered around Kale to make sure he's okay, but no one seems to be particularly worried. After a few moments, Dar and a trainer go out to get a bottle of water and a towel, splashing the water on it and rubbing it on the back of Kale's neck. Finally, Dar reaches down to help Kale up to his feet, the younger wrestler having come around by now, that last elbow possibly having knocked him out for a minute or two. Reaching down to grab Kale's hand, Dar raises it up in the air, the crowd letting out a cheer, showing their respect for Kale and his admirable effort to win this match. Afterwards, Dar turns and shakes Kale's hand, speaking to him while he does so, though no equipment catches what he's saying. It seems to be words of encouragement, though, as Kale smiles a little and nods, stepping back to exit the ring as the "Guerilla Radio (ABM Intro Mix)" kicks in again. As Kale passes by the barrier, the crowd reaches out to pat him on the back and yell praises out.

Dar stands in the ring for a few more moments, watching Kale leave, then heads over to the side and asks for a microphone. After getting one, he walks back to the middle of the ring, the crowd quickly quieting down.

Dar: "...My match at One Shot at Glory was nearly the match of my life. Nearly. I never thought anything would be able to surpass that triple threat back at Legacy of Supremacy, but this one almost did. If only for one thing - I didn't win. I mean, what's the one way to surpass finally getting the title you've been working for for so long? Getting that title from the man that's been your rival since nearly the beginning. But once again, I fell just short of reaching that goal.

Dante's probably gloating over that. He's not here this week - probably still getting his head patched up after everything I did to it. But I know he's sitting at home right now, laughing over the fact that he's once again managed to keep his title from me. But, despite the fact that he may believe that he's once again stopped me, there's one thing different about this situation - Dante did not beat me. And as we all know, it's a champion's responsibility to beat his opponents and show that he is better than them, not just let the time run out. True champions don't win by default.

And because I know at least one of the guys here is going to be putting the results up on the forum...One of you is probably repeating everything I say over a cell phone right now. And because I know that Dante will surely check out those results, I'll say this - Dante! One more time. One last match, for everything. The title, the glory, the ability to say 'I'm better than him'. No time limit. One-on-one. If you really think you're better than me...If you really think that I just can't beat you...If you really think that glass ceiling still exists, Dante, then you'll accept. Otherwise, I'll just have to assume that you're too worried after that last close call to give me another chance. And do you really want to admit to that?

The one year anniversary show is coming up. I think that'd be a great time for an important match like this. Simple choice...Loss of a title or loss of pride. One of them is going to come. And that's crystal...CRYSTAL clear."

With that, Dar drops his microphone and exits the ring, the crowd cheering at the idea of getting to see another match between Dar and Dante as the Samoan walks back up the aisle towards the curtains.[

Plot Device

Thanks to the [exploitation loving] GWA higher-ups a video feed has been established in the parking lot of the Aekea Sports Center where "The Aphotic Rose" Steve "Savior" Twist has just arrived. In an unsurprising turn of events Steve has brought along a 2006 Ford Mustang, although truth be told it's a combination of him expecting the car to be damaged and the fact this is a crappy outdoor parking lot instead of a parking garage that has persuaded Twist to do so. Rather than parking the angelic white vehicle far away from the Sports Center (the show being surprisingly full) Steve decides to pull right up in front of the building instead where the camera crew is waiting. It takes a few moments for Steve to step out of the car, looking around slightly disgusted once he has done so, but it takes literally no time for Twist to open his mouth.

"One of you maggots go run and tell 'ya boy' that I've arrived. This car isn't going to get a nice new crimson paint job by itself you know."

One of the unimportant members of the crew goes to do this as Steve leans back against his car looking annoyed. After a little bit of waiting the man who ran inside comes back out. When Twist hears that Killa isn't here yet the annoyed look on his face goes away and is replaced with one of sheer amusement. Restraining himself from laughing Twist signals one of the cameramen to get a close-up on him so he can pass some time while waiting for Kal to show his face.

"I should have figured he wouldn't be here yet. Then again I didn't expect him to show up here at all tonight. Even the most unintelligent of animals are able to sense danger and that's exactly what running up against me is. Unfortunately Saria isn't here tonight to witness another gorefest. She loves those you know. Just the thought of all that sweet smelling blood dripping from the body of another human being. Aaaahhh..."

"Still, I suppose I should comment on last week. It was, needless to say, a glorious occasion for Saria and myself. Her in-ring debut in the GWA combined with spilling the blood of Kal across the ring. Not to mention that Ice got a bit of payback from trying to make a fool of me and winning the GWA Grand Championship. It also showed the GWAdroids a thing or two about how far desires and hope can get them. The same lesson befell Darson Grays later on in the night...but for Darson I actually feel some slight respect. It's strange really, especially since it was I who predicted his demise beforehand. Someone who would do anything for something though...that is the type of person I would hope to recruit for such a task..."

The somewhat bewildered camera crew make sure to capture all of this, including the contemplative look on the face of Steve as if, to him, he is making perfect sense.

"Ah, what am I thinking. Such things are not for the ears of lowlifes like this. I must find a more satisfying way to entertain myself since it could be an extremely long night. I could brag about how great I am, but doing such just seems petty. My record in the GWA and the rest of Gaian wrestling speaks for itself. I mean I am the ONLY wrestler to ever hold both the BTWF World Heavyweight Championship and the GWA Grand Championship. No, for this task I must reveal to the world the greatest list ever assembled by man...make that god."

With this Steve removes a list out of his pocket, one that is folded a great many times as he lets it fall to the ground literally -- like an exaggerated list of chores in a cartoon.

"Alright losernerds of the lowest order, and if you're actually fickle enough to order this: Dave Meltzer, I will now read you the one list that will change your entire lives. The 1124 and 1/2 nicknames of Steve 'Savior' Twist!"

"1. The Aphotic Rose. Yes, I must say that is an elegant yet maliciously loving name."

"2. Pound for Pound King. I do bring some actual credibility to this sport and when you're as good as I am a name like this suits you."

"3. Mr. TOO Good for Wrestling. Hey if it's true it's true."

"4. The Don of Dislocated Shoulders. Roy Chambers wishes he were this clever. Maybe then he could stop dragging out a feud with soap opera swerves to gain attention."

"5. Armbar...wait wrong list..."

Before Twist can continue he suddenly spots something out of the corner of his eye, but can't do anything about it as he is suddenly knocked to the asphalt of the parking lot by KILLA K!!!

A few quick shots graze the forehead of Twist as he manages to avoid them by moving his head when Kal kneels down beside him and starts unloading. Knowing he isn't going to be able to fight back in this position Steve takes a swing at Killa's head with his right leg that Kal is forced to stand back to his feet to dodge. Swiftly Twist bounces up onto his feet, only to get a nasty European Uppercut that knocks him into the driver's side door of the Mustang. A straight right hand by Kal follows this, but Steve dodges it and makes Kal shatter the driver's side window! Even with blood streaming down his fist from the glass shards embedded in it Kal just keeps coming at Twist who ducks and weaves out of the way of shots. Finally Steve sees his opportunity when Killa swings wide and slams him with a left body blow that shakes the legs of "The Ali of Thugism!" Steve goes to follow up on this as he grabs the bandages on Kal's head and rips them off, only to be caught in the stomach with a right from Kal prior to Killa grabbing Steve by the head and smashing the GWA Grand Champion's face in with his knee! This leaves Twist staggering back further away from the Mustang and closer to the road, but he shows things aren't done yet as he wipes his face and charges back at Kal. A right hook zooms over the head of the "Canvas Assassin" who gives Twist a one-two to the body before grabbing him by the hair and dragging him back over to the Mustang. Killa heaves Twist up prior to slamming him down across the hood of the vehicle which causes the cameramen and the few people who have noticed what is going on to cringe as the brutality between these two continues. Despite his brain being shook up after this Steve stands back up, only to get caught with another European Uppercut from Killa which makes Twist lose his balance and stumble back towards the building. With things looking grim for the champ Kal closes in, only for a problem to arise for him. Apparently someone left a ladder up against the building after climbing up for repairs and Twist takes advantage of it immediately by grabbing it and shoving it towards Killa who just barely avoids it.

Rather than using the ladder as a weapon Kal just steps over it and continues to hunt down Steve who is at the door of the building, looking to get a reprieve by going inside. Not wanting Twist to do this Killa rushes over to the door of the building, only for Steve to let go of the handle and turn around to head butt Kal. Both men stumble backwards after this, some blood coming from the head of Kal. Somehow "The Aphotic Rose" is able to shake off the effects first and comes at Killa with another hard left liver blow that leaves Killa falling to his knees in pain. Grabbing Killa by the head Steve gets ready to finish his former friend off with some knee strikes, only to suddenly be blinded in one eye by blood coming from a cut on his forehead. Despite the pain not registering to him as much the head butt caused more damage to Twist after all and with the opportunity to strike Kal slams Twist in the gut with a right hand to back him away. Even with the body blows he has absorbed Kal is able to get to his feet as Steve wipes blood away from his eye. Not wasting any time Killa grabs Steve by the head and tosses him back into the Mustang which they have become close to once more. Killa doesn't stop at this however, opting instead to follow things up by grabbing Steve's hair in order to throw him up onto the hood of the vehicle. Up onto the hood Kal follows and with a much larger crowd watching now "The Ali of Thugism" lifts Steve into a standing head scissors. Before Killa can lift the "Pound for Pound King" up though Steve hits him with a Back Body Drop onto the windshield!! Only some slight cracking comes from this, but the pain induced to Killa is great as shown by him holding his back. A crazed look comes over Twist's face as he gets back to his feet on the hood of the car, looking over at the crowd which has assembled prior to grabbing Killa by the head and shoving his face down onto the windshield. "You know..." Twist begins as he starts to KNEE KAL'S FACE INTO THE WINDSHIELD!!! "They say the value of a person is determined by the amount of people crying when they die." Steve continues on as blood splatters on the hood of the car. "I think we're about to see what you're worth Killa." Twist concludes as he smashes Kal's face into the windshield one last time.

Standing up to his feet Twist begins to laugh crazily as he hops down from the hood of the car, looking at the horrified faces of those gathered around. "Well that's all for tonight folks." Steve yells out before getting back into the Mustang, looking intent to drive it out of here with a totally motionless Killa still lodged in the cracked windshield. As Twist goes to start the engine however he becomes surprised by the "Canvas Assassin" pulling himself up and crawling down onto the hood of the car. "What the hell are you going to-" the GWA Grand Champion starts prior to being stopped as Kal kicks the windshield in, SHOOTING BROKEN GLASS INTO THE FACE OF TWIST!! "********!" is all the champ can shout out as he opens the driver's side door and falls to the pavement, blood running down his face. Luckily for Steve it appears the glass didn't catch him anywhere too serious, but on the other hand Twist's luck may be running out as Kal gets back to his feet on the ground. Looking far more pissed off than ever before Killa quickly snaps Steve's head back with a kick to the face as the champ gets onto his hands and knees. Being in control now Killa looks back over at the ladder behind him and goes over to pick it up. As he does so Steve gets to his feet and begins to walk away towards the rows of cars on the right side of the building. Not wanting to let Steve off after what has happened in their past few meetings Killa pursues him, the cameramen and crowd following close behind him. Finally Twist takes a rest by leaning on the first vehicle he gets to, a Chevy Tahoe. This rest doesn't last long as he sees Kal LAUNCH THE LADDER AT HIM!! The GWA Grand Champion BARELY escapes this by ducking and crawling out of the way as the ladder SHATTERS the back window of the vehicle! "Are you ******** crazy?" Steve shouts at Kal as he leans up against the side of an older Mercedes Benz that was next to the Tahoe. "Well it is in a move name of mine." Kal replies as he takes a swing at Twist with a right hand that hits flush, only for Steve to return a nasty right hook of his own!

The two seem restless, exchanging blow after blow without any initiative to quit. Kal takes it upon himself to break the chain, sending Twist flying back with a nasty European Uppercut. Kal kicks off the ground, charging at Twist and chopping his bare hand across Steve's beat red chest. Kal snatches Twist up by his hair that is now crimson, due to his blood, and slams his face into the nearby Mercedes Benz. Kal slams Twist fist into once more, and then again for good measures. He picks kicks Twist in his gut, applying a front facelock. Kal falls back, suplexing Twist on the hood of the car! Kal now climbs the hood of the Tahoe, measuring the fallen Twist up for what seems to be a bigger move. Kal takes a risk, jumping off the car, going for a FROG SPLA-NOOO!!! Twist nearly pushes himself out of the way, dodging this bullet just barely with his life still intact. Kal srunches up on the hood, mostly holding his abdomen where most of the pain is stemming from. Twist grabs Kal by the legs, dragging his big body off the hood and letting his feet touch the ground so that he has him standing. Twist delivers a STIFF chop to Kal's chest, almost waking up the Canvas Assassin. Twist continues with his stiffness until pulling Kal away from the car, only to drive his spine into the Benz's grill. Kal comes off the grill, walking near Twist weary and sore. Twist answers this with a jumping knee straight to Kal's face. Kal is on the ground, tempted to touch his face, but doesn't want to feel the open wound that's spewing blood. Twist climbs the Benz with his back facing Kal. Twist takes a moment, before flipping backwards and landing a crushing MOONSAULT!!! Kal's body twitches about and Twist lays around on the cement ground trying to catch his breath. Neither man move at this point, but both are stubborn enough to begin and try to get back to a standing position.

Kal gets a slow start at getting back up and sadly for him, Twist is already hovering over Kal, stalking his opponent like a piece of meat. Kal turns around and Twist kicks him in his stomach, this time he places Kal in a front facelock, preparing to drill Kal's head into the cement with a BRAINBUST-NOOO!!! Kal fights out of it, instinctively locking Twist into a standing Anaconda Vice, only to drop Twist down on the cement face first with his GREATER THAN YOU!!! Kal knows the significance of this manuever, as it is a direct shot to Austin Azure, a much hated rival of Steve's. This move gives Kal time to gather up some more energy and also to slow down Steve, who has been neverending this entire confrontation. Kal picks the bloody Twist back up to his feet and heaves the "Pound for Pound King" up by his thighs, giving him a huge 180 spinebuster on the hood of the Tahoe! Kal climbs the truck once again, but this time it takes him a little longer. He picks Twist back up, looking for another Greater Than You on the windshield of the car, but Twist lowblows Kal! This allows Twist to take control, putting Kal in another front facelock and lifting him up, stalling the suplex. Twist inches towards the edge of the Tahoe, going for an AVALANCHE BRAINBUSTER!!! But Kal levels himself back to the car in one quick swoop and immediately lifts Twist up in a front facelock instead. Kal falls back on the car, hitting a Fisherman Suplex, but Kal doesn't stop there. He lifts Twist back up, hitting another Fisherman Suplex on the Tahoe, creating a nice dent and cracking the front windshield. Kal picks Twist up on last time, trying to complete the People's Driver, but Twist breaks away from Kal, placing his head in between his legs and flipping Kal over with a Back Body Drop onto the hood of the Benz! Twist falls to his knees on the truck, breathing and bleeding intensely. Twist steps over to the Benz and mounts Kal, hammering away at the gash made by Twist weeks ago.

Twist slides off the car, pulling Killa's head over to the edge of the hood. Twist jumps up on the Tahoe, looking around at the small crowd that has formed around them. He beats his chest in a mocking manner and then dives off the Tahoe, landing a sickening Guillotine Leg Drop across the large throat of Kal. Twist quickly grabs Killa by the head and flips him over on his belly, viciously kneeing away at his face before smacking him, taunting him with each smack. Twist begins to walk away, but turns around and sees that Kal is still moving. Kal falls off the Benz, but uses the car as a crutch to stand back up. Twist shakes his head, mouthing the words, "Why won't you ******** die?" Twist stomps right back over to where Kal was standing, but instead of beating him right back up again, he walks over to where the ladder was laying, picking it up. Twist rams the ladder right into Kal's ribs, then his face, and once more to the ribs. Kal falls to the ground, mostly limp, but not unconscious. Twist looks over at the Tahoe and can see that the holding end of the Truck is filled with sheets of glass. A sadistic smirk comes across Twist's face as he walks over to the back of the Tahoe, setting the ladder up. He walks right back over to where Kal is, pulling him up by his hair, and trying to drag him over to the end of the truck. Kal doesn't make this too easy however, as he fights back, mostly with some rib shots, but because of Kal's low stamina, these do little to effect the Aphotic Rose. Twist slams Kal's face into the side of the truck, using all his strength to lift him up and place him on top of the mulitple layers of glass sheets. Twist, now satisfied with Kal being down and out, walks over to the ladder and begins to climb it. Twist gets all the way to the top with no problems what-so-ever. He turns his body around to face Kal, looking off at the fans and pointing down to Killa, before sliding his thumb across his throat, motioning for the end. But suddenly, Kal springs back to life, jumping on the ladder, and sending some knife edged chops across Twist's chest. The last chop causes Twist to lose his balance, which is where Kal catches the man on his shoulders. Looking down and then back up, Kal does the unthinkable. With God as his witness, Kal dives off the ladder with Twist, CRASHING THROUGH THE SHEETS OF GLASS AND DRIVING TWIST'S SKULL WITH A DECEPTION!!! Both men look to be dead as they are covered with broken pieces of glass and are cut all over. Seeing that the gore was too much to handle and that someone could very well be seriously hurt, the crowd begin to scream and shout out for some paramedics. The EMS arrives on the scene as the backstage crew and even some of the GWA roster look on in horror to see if either man is alive as the camera begins to lose its feed...
