The central base of operations for the Mercenary Corporation. Headed by Sol, this is where reports, requests, bounties, and all other services not covered at the training facility are provided. The building is located a few blocks from the center of the city and can only be identified from the rest by the business logo. It stretches close to 40 floors upwards reflecting little on its mirrored surface.

Sol looked out the window longingly, looking over the shining buildings outside the window that reflected what light his namesake shone down on the city. Not much moved in the city, especially not at this hour. He let out a small sigh, then he was distracted as he heard footsteps approaching his door. He recognized the beat of them and turned, waiting a few seconds before he saw Kikki walk into his office. She gave a deep bow to him as she opened the door, then marched in with her wings over her arms as they were meant to be while not at ease. She stopped in front of his desk and dropped a set of pictures on the desk. "Scouts have reported some large fights going on in an old arena. Since there was nothing else for me to do I was wondering if I could check it out." Sol looked over the pictures, Kikki frozen as he looked them over carefully. He thought for a few minutes, each of which seemed to hang in the air at different levels. Finally he came up with a response, looking up at Kikki. "You may go, but take two others with you. Wrath will stay here with me in case he suddenly wants a big job done. Just watch them until they are done fighting, then see if there is anybody worth getting there. Do not interfere with the activities, we do not want to get in trouble with the government." Kikki nodded, walking off out the door. Sol however looked out the window again, then pressed a button on his desk. "Secretary, get Kikki and whomever they are going with to take a wireless cam with them. Feed it to my own computer." He released the button, staring out the window at the tower that stood triumphant before all others. It was strange, he had gotten more business than ever since the rebellion against that broke out. He could always rely on the people's urge to revolt to give him business from both sides. Exactly why he would not be hired to kill anybody who might change the course of the rebellion for less than a very high price. They could give him a lot more business later on than in one job.

Kikki exited the elevator as soon as the slow doors to it opened, a small annoyed tone hidden in her footsteps. The two mercenaries, one being dressed exactly as a ninja and the other just looking like a businessman, both carried a small amount of equipment and were being careful not to make any noise. Kikki stopped for a second, noticing the strange face in the corner. She could immediately tell it was one of theres and smiled as she got an idea. She walked up to him, the two behind her following. "Hey, you busy?" She asked with a smile, "Or can you come down to the lower class sector with me?" The two behind her said nothing but exchanged confused looks between them, neither daring to talk to Kikki out of line. They knew what wrath the woman could unleash when she wanted to.

An aura of black with violet tinge appeared directly in front of the desk of Sol, it threw an incredibly powerful presence throughout the building. A thin slit of black in the center widened to form a cape that seemed to billow in the power. At one moment it flew wide then was swept aside by the hand of Homicide Party. As his eyes rose to see Sol the aura remained. "Ah, Sol, how convenient of you to be immediately available. I am traveling to the lower class sector, and as Zero and Testament are out I require your services. I would like you to scout and area of the lower class, we plan to execute a small celebration, and we have no need of extra attendance if you understand." He said in his usual double-toned voice. He stood absolutely still with hands over his cane as he awaited Sol's response.

A wandering snowflake dancing with vitality had slipped through some stray air drifts. It shaked to and fro, landing next to the feet of Homicide Party. From the tiny snowflake emerged the kitsune servant, her icy metallic eyes starring deeply at Sol. Her ear tilted, smiling lightly. "Here I am, Master. Greetings, sir," she told Sol.

Vanslaz was sitting in his own personal office within the large towering building. Van was the speed expert, if somthing needed to be done and done like yesterday, Vanslaz was the one to do it. But... at the same time... Vanslaz worked for who had the money... and currently... the upper sector had the money. This, and he rather liked his office... and the many small knives he kept hidden on his person should he ever need to put a blade through someone's eye.
"Boring day... somthing needs to happen."
He twiddled with a small throwing-knife and stared at the phone on his desk... growing ever more bored he turned to his computer and started to surf the web.
"Ahh... myspace... after so many years Tom has come close to ruling the world..."

(OOC: That's effing hysterical.....) "You see, sir, we're going to have ball. A grand gala, and we'd prefer to keep the riff-raff out of the patch," she explained, tilting an ear.

"Damnit why can't this computer go any FASTER!"
Vanslaz had a specially made mouse and keyboard, because he could type and click so quickly he would have broken a typical keyboard and mouse. His computer was already one of the best in the world... but when a man can run at over 400 miles an hour and to him it seems as if he is running normally even the best computer is bound to seem a bit slow.
"Screw it... I'm going to check on Sol... I need somthing to do."
He got up and walked, at a normal speed, to Sol office. He figured at least he could do a mission... or kill someone... or anything. The internet life was boring him right now, it was too slow.

As Vanslaz stood in the doorway of Sol's office he noticed there was quite a line waiting for him.
"Oh dear... I do believe I came at the most unopportune time. Did I hear somthing about a party? In the lower city if I may assume?"
A grin started to play upon the corners of the assassin's mouth. The way he knew Homicide party this party would be something interesting to watch.... if not partake in himself.
"Hehehe, please excuse me for my interruption, but perhaps I can help with this party of yours?" He did not appreciate speaking to the backs of people so he vanished for a second and appeared facing the kitsune and Homicide Party.

"Ah, yes, yes. We are having a celebration for those who partook in a tournament that was created some time ago," Sonar replied, nodding her head to the newcomer. "And we need some help to keep out those that are not welcome and then some." Her trademark bow was her greeting, her hair, falling to the ground like a ruby waterfall, then returning back to past her shoulders.

"No need to be so formal Sonar." Van gave a shrug and gave his flourishing bow anyway, a great sweeping hand-gesture that usually distracted the person while he pulled out a poisoned knife and threw it into their neck... no knife this time around however. He stood up and looked at Sol, then back to Homicide party, then to Sonar.
"Really now? And do you have anyone accompanying you to do this party?" Vanslaz was a smooth talker, and a quick thinker... and had a thing for blind girls.

She paused, tilting a curious ear. "To accompany me? I'm not quite sure what you mean. I am the event co-ordinator, after all....you mean a bodyguard? No, no..I can handle danger on my own quite nicely." A small smile swept across her lips. "Thank you for the offer."
