Typically, Notices will have a time limit, because they are relevant to our plot and upcoming events.
Pae can fail a notice. There is no guarantee of success. Failure does not mean death or injury or penalty. The pae simply doesn't advance or gain the benefit, and we'll have a different character try if it's relevant to moving a plot point forward.
Notices will be posted when staff and RP mods feel they are required for upcoming events, or when a pae is ready to start their journey towards becoming a Luminary. There is no set schedule or order.
