From Innkeepers to government officials. If there's an NPC character that needs to be consistent, this is where they go. Pay attention so they don't end up seeming insane.

 

[Red Gypsy]

Rex runs the tavern on Vampire Island, in the village, just off the Market Square. Only a very few people know what race he is. That means 3 people. A few gods know what he is, but they're not talking about it!

He's about 7 feet tall, about 300 pounds of muscle. Prefers to wear red flannel shirts, leather pants, leather boots, and takes very good care of his beard.

He's a sweetheart of a man, but don't piss him off....
