The smell of Whiskey hitting his nostrils, the sound of people talking, glasses being hit against each other, familiar sounds to Oga, as he put his head from his arms he would look around the not so familiar place, it was a bar he was very damn sure of that just not the bar he was used to going, his mind a haze it was like he had slept for two years, everything was slow for him, Oga would notice the waitress heading towards him with a smile on her face and glass with whiskey in it, it was like she knew him but he did not know her, it was a very weird feeling, as she sat the glass in front of him Oga would look towards her with a confused expression. "Hey lady... Was there someone here with me?" He would watch as she shook her head, it was like it was in slow-motion, "Where the ******** is Alek at!? This must be one of his jokes or something!" Oga thought to himself, that would be only reason he would be in a unfamiliar place and not remember why.
Aleks woke up from what seemed to be an extremely long dream. Sand everywhere. And a girl. He couldn't recall her face or name he just knew it was a woman. "Wuh huh?" Saliva drooling from his mouth. A pool building up on the table. "What the?" He mumbled knocking over an empty cup with his arm. Looking around he didn't recognize a single thing. The dry desert air was gone replaced by a sort of humid chilled temperature. "Ogaaaaaaaaaaa?!" He shouted falling from his seat. "Where the ******** are weeeeeeeeeee?"

Oga heard the first familiar sound after what seemed like a life time, it was Aleks. Oga followed the voice from another booth. "I have no idea where the ******** we are! Did you do something?" Oga indeed did not know where they were and why the ******** he was wearing this weird new ninja bandana around his arm, it was like their minds had been deleted and they woke up in a different universe, last thing Oga remembers was standing in the Kage office and getting named to be the new Kage, was it a dream. "the past is like a scattered dream that's like a far-off memory... a far-off memory that's like a scattered dream." It made no sense but he still said it, Oga would then offer his friend a hand so he could get up.
Stumbling to get up, Aleksandr knocked over some more chairs and fell again with his legs sliding apart. The floor was all wet for some reason. "******** this s**t." Aleksandr shouted using a chair to assist himself in getting up. "You did this! I'm out!" With that said, Aleksandr limped out of the bar.

Oga looked up at Alek with a confused look, his friend was simply walked out, no reason in it, it was ok Oga was done drinking for now since he just remembered that he had been summoned to the Kage's office. Taking the last sip of whiskey he would get up and leave the bar to head to where he was needed.
[Time-Line] Walking into the bar the pale girl sat down from the rain, which was rare for her to not frolic in it, but she was in a sour mood. Her Kage had made her come to this place and spend her own money. Well if he was going to be a weak and rude Kage then she was going to make sure he got what he asked for. After all, you get what you pay for. He wasn't paying for squat and wanted a free service done on a village they weren't even at war with. Therefore, for such treasonous actions against the people of her village, she would give him information that was befitting for such a man. He wanted her to recon the village, so she would recon the type of alcohol in the area. After all, why shouldn't she.
Walking with her golden umbrella, lined with a black hilt and carvings of red in it, she put it on the counter as she sat down with her long golden blonde curls draping across her back. Her emerald eyes looked at the bartender as she quietly spoke, somewhat in a foul mood, "Sake please." Reaching her hand out to grasp the warm drink she brought it to her mouth and sipped it.

Every post of contact Drains the target of 5/10/15/20/25 chakra, with half this value being given to the user (Rounded up). The user can use this chakra to Either Add to their supply, or use it to Heal minor wounds to their person. (Cant heal Fatal wounds, or Broken/missing limbs)
• Denied: Any Bloodline User who look at, or Touch your skin or tattoo's will be forced to Deactivate their bloodline for 2 posts. This Debuff is reapplied for every post they remain looking at, or touching the skin or tattoo of the user.
• Your tattoo's are in effect, a Hidden weapon, able to call them forth to aid you in battle as you see fit.
• You can Counter Any bloodline user your encounter You can also choose to counter their clan. It varies from opponent to opponent.
• Sharingan Perception While the Sharingan is active, the wielder is able to see even the slightest movements made by their targets, making them near impossible to trick with a sleight of hands move; this includes being able to see chakra, even underground.
• Jutsu Mimicry While in battle, the Sharingan can let the wielder mimic a jutsu that was used in the previous post as long as the wielder may use that jutsu for an additional 50% chakra. The user may mimic a jutsu that is not of an element they possess, as long as it is below their rank, for double the chakra cost. Any jutsu mimiced lose 1 rank in power
• Jutsu Copying While observing a jutsu be performed, the Sharingan may copy the chakra patterns used to perform the jutsu, allowing the wielder to gain instant knowledge of how to perform the jutsu. In order to learn the jutsu, it must be a jutsu the user is normally able to perform, meaning only jutsu of their element, clan, or bloodline. Uchiha are able to copy one element outside of the ones they know, but it must be within the five main elements.
• Genjutsu Identification Due to the ability to see one's chakra flow, the wielder of the sharingan may see when one's flow is being disrupted by a genjutsu or tell when they themselves are under one, allowing them to break out of them easier.
• Genjutsu Genjutsu may now be cast using any part of the body as a substituted trigger instead of the original. Eye-based Genjutsu may also be used, but with an additional 20% chakra cost added to the original.
• Heightened Perception, Reaction and Reflexes
• IRRESISTIBLE GENJUTSU -- Not a single ninja in the guild can ever be fully immune to a Genjutsu user's genjutsu. Although they can be resistant, it's never the point where they'll be able to instantly recognize your genjutsu upon them.
• CHAKRA CONTROL -- Your field genjutsu (such as Bringer of Darkness) may be activated on targets you select. You can choose to not infiltrate the system of certain shinobi.
• Enemies of lower rank than you cannot Kai out of your genjutsu

Sumiko pushed open the door to the bar, entering into the dimly lit room. Along the entire back wall were several shelves, each packed with alcohol from around not only the Sound Nation but the entire world. Sumiko walked up to the bar, taking a seat next to the only other patron in the bar, running a hand through her hair, slicking it back to get the water out of her face. She held up her hand, and in an instant, her usual drink was sliding down the counter towards her. It was then, with her eyes closed that Sumiko turned to the girl sitting next to her. "You're not from around her are you? I don't recognize your energy and people don't usually use umbrellas here." Sumiko turned back to her drink, lifting it to her mouth, draining it in a single gulp.
Her milky colored hands grasped the warm cup and once again brought it up, grasped by her right hand, she brought it to just to her lips, smelled with all the calming sensation of an old housewife holding a cup of tea in the fall, and drank deeply from it before setting the empty glass down. Suddenly the doors swung open once more.
Suddenly a darker complected woman walked in with brown wet hair that was pushed back from her face as a slap of water struck the ground. She had sat next to Lillian and to this Lillian smiled without moving her gaze from the cup. A cup came sliding down into the woman's hand who then turned her gaze to Lillian, who in turn... froze momentarily not actually expecting conversation to occur.
It was rather accusatory or was it perhaps curiosity? Lillian could not tell but gazed sideways at the woman with brown eyes and hair. "I am not from this area. I didn't realize how poorly I stuck out though." Looking down to her umbrella she would laugh lightly. "Didn't think something like an umbrella would be weird to carry." But then she had finished laughing though a smile remained on her face.
"I am from another village and am on recon here by my Kage. Though as I despise the idea of starting a feud, the fact that he is weak, and the fact that I would consider putting his villagers lives in danger as an act of treason. So as he did not tell me WHAT to recon. I am going to do what is best for everyone's people and recon the types of alcohol. Here. In the bar." She muttered with a clear disdain for her Kage before swirling her chair back to the bartender. "Another sake please."

Another village huh. Even for shinobi, spying was a pretty serious crime. But that was a lot of effort, and she was technically off work as well. As she sat there pondering, another drink mysteriously began to slide down the bar, clinking into her now empty glass. Without even looking down, she picked up the new drink, repeating the same swift drinking motion as before. "To be perfectly honest, we are at peace anyway. And I really don't want to mess up my favorite bar with your skull. Just don't do anything stupid please." Sumiko returned her attention to her two empty glasses, holding up her hand again, waiting for another drink to make its way down the bar.
Suddenly it came, more glasses and then a threat or perhaps she viewed it as a promise. Lillian couldn't say but simply continued sipping on her single drink dainty. "Well, had I wished for a fight I wouldn't have come to the bar, actually, I suppose that doesn't make the most of sense. Most stupid actions occur in places like these." She sipped from her sake again, finishing it. "As entertaining as it is. I have no wish to cause any trouble for my people nor yours. Live and let live." She said before having flashes of her past decisions. Her mind went blank, or seemed too, and she lifted her hand for another drink in a much more solemn mood.

A breath of relief washed over Sumiko as she noted that her opponent didn't have any need or reason to fight. That meant she wouldn't have to put forth any actual effort. It also meant that she was free to relax. In reality, she had gleaned just as much information about the cloud village as her counterpart was gleaning about the sound village. Sumiko had already surmised that this was one of the the few jounin in the cloud village, and already knew everything about her, down to her current level of physical health. It was interesting to send someone who wasn't suited to one on one combat into another village, even if they were at peace. Nothing was actually stopping Lillian from falling down a few staircases. Sumiko supposed that the right thing to do would be to leave here and report this little incident to the Otokage, but that probably meant a lot of paperwork. Maybe she could trick Kai into doing it for her as 'training'. Finished what was left in her glass, Sumiko stood up and began to walk towards the door, pausing to speak to Lillian. "One thing. Don't mistake my laziness for kindness. If I return and you're still sitting here, I'll turn your bones into dust." With that, Sumiko pushed open the door, flooding the room with sunlight momentary before it shut behind her again.
