Aside from the flying cars, the Joltwing Research Center is in the height of scientific breakthroughs. The greatest of which has been a synthetic thunder stone that although cannot lead to an evolution enhances their abilities and has been adapted to work like solar panels. It was the last project Loyd Joltwing had began.
