Hello again everyone! If you missed the staff alert, sloth made some new annoumcents about some fixes/changes to lake kindred. Here's a copy of their post below: "Hello everyone!
There have been several updates in the past day, here they are!
-Fishing Market rig has been removed from Sycamortes now that Fishing is back up.
-Tanuki and Kitsune should only be dropping from themselves now in Zen Gardens!
-Daily rewards have been updated! Check them out for chance at some new treats.
-Sycamorte and Phantom Sycamorte Seeds have been updated, try them for a chance at some rare kin!
-Vulcarus, Flyvern, and Rosepea in Fafnir's Peak should drop themselves again, though much rarer than before." So what do you guys think? Are you happy with the new updates? Were you hoping for something different? Discuss this amongts yourself, and I think I'm going to open some of my sycamorte seeds now to see if things really have changed. cat_whee

I'm most excited about the update to daily rewards (I haven't collected mine in months because it just wasn't worth it) and the Sycamorte seeds. Hopefully they actually drop the rare kin now! Since I'm not having any luck getting Sakura to drop in-game, maybe I can get it to drop from a seed. Maybe. I'm going to hope.
The rest? Eh. I didn't mind the fishing market as much as some other people did. It helped with alchemy. Tanuki and kitsune were a little annoying but, again, I could live with it. I don't play in Fafnir's Peak much anymore but I'll miss the flood of rospeas simply because I found it entertaining. (Then again, I still have 70+ of those things left, so... no matter.)

I just read in Chidori's sycemorte seed tracking thread that someone managed to get a sakura! I think it's finally possible emotion_kirakira

I opened all my seeds and just got the usual drops cat_crying I got my hopes up for nuffin

I was happy at first but then quickly realized the changes were probably minor.
As the OP said, the seeds are still dropping the same kin and I just picked up
my dailies-2 1mil gold, a rig, antidote and god damn refresh. burning_eyes

I'm so happy about the seeds!!! Even tho opening my 230+ regular seeds only gave me 4 Peridot Cabos and a Jasper one, I got a Tanzanite Cabo, an Ember and a Cria from my 50 phantom seeds! I love Cabochomps a lot so having them on my team makes me a happy frog! whee
I read a couple of people got Sakuras and Spirit Embers from the regular seeds, but it seems like they might have changed that, probably bc they switched the drops at first, making the Phantom seeds not as good as the should have been lol
I didn't got anything exciting as a daily reward, but I only had two kins on my party. My sis on the other hand got a rig that got sold for 20b eek

Does my addiction show if I say that I hope there are more RIGs hidden in the rewards, too?
