Alright, need I say this? FOLLOW TEH CROWS GUILD RULES AND YOU WILL NOT BE KICKED OUT!!!!!!
Now that we have that out of that way.
Setting: This is in the ruins, so of course there is very little if any light. Occasionally you can see a couple of dark figures hudled around the meager warmth of a oil-barral fire. But other than that....
So, this takes place in the middle of the night, the rain is pouring dreaily. yet a major competition is taking place in the old calloseum that used to be the pride of the city before homicide party took over. The only way you even know about this place is if you have connections in the deepest parts of the city's underworld life. You are tested at the door by a burly, imposing guard, if you do not measure up to the minimum requirments for strength you will be killed on the spot. This is no idle game!
This is a deadly tournament hosted by a mysterious benefactor who chooses to keep [her] identity hidden. So come one come all.
Oh, yes, literacy please!!!!!

Conchen leaned against one of the far pillars that ringed the informal fighting ring, a long black cloth wrapped around her face and shoulders creating thinck shadows to hide her fay features. Only one try-colored green eye glittered like a beacon in the dimly lit room.
she was the mysterious benefactor that everyone was so curious about, her tournament promised to be the best of the best. At least she hoped.
She scanned the many fighters who crowed the huge, domed hall, most looked dissapointingly weak, but a select few had a promising spark about there aura.
Maybe I'll get a good fight tonight, she thought to hersef, her startlingly red lips curved in a cruel smile as she idly ran a finger over the intricate, wickedly curved hunting knife. She didn't plan on using it tonight, she only used her blade on a formal hunt, but it still sent a thrill of excitment through her as she considered the prospects of tonight.
She just hoped that b*****d in control would leave her alone so she could carry on her lovely little game....

Crow stopped on a dime just before he first heard Ain yell, he'd felt the electricity of battle also. Given the power of the local fighters it was hard to miss. He quickly chucked Ain off his shoulder and waved for him to come along as he approached the enterance to the stadium. When he met with a guard he smirked and stared at him for a moment. "So! Can we get in or what?" He said half laughing, he was eager for combat and the night was just getting started.

Dragonfire sighed, adjusting the slighty uncomfortable collar to his sleevless shirt. He sat on one of the benches of the arena, not really caring about the other people to his right crowded together. Spade was nowhere to be seen, probably snooping around and getting in trouble again. She was carefree like that at least, and it was a good thing for her mental health. Dragonfire knew this mostly because he was her 'psychic shrink', and she was an ongoing patient. He shook his head, clearing his thoughts. He was still in a dazed state, his kwan dao still at his side and his loose black pants drifing in the slight breeze. "Wish I knew that amount of money I would get with a win... Or if I could bet... that would be nice..." He spoke to himself, quickly noticing something out of the corner of hs eye. Indeed, Spade had gotten into trouble. There was some sort of arguement as to wether a large man touched her or not, although he could not tell where exactly she was saying he had touched her. The large man was obviously angry with the annoyance, and winded up to hit her into his point of view. Dragonfire merely sent a single powerful psychic blast at the man, and it hit him hard. He simply hunched over, his buddies catching him before he fell. Spade looked at Dragonfire in a small huff, but was knocked out of this when she saw that her scythe was next to him. She did not prance over, but started looking for a water fountain. She found one quickly, near the entrance, and latched onto it. She drank the water slowly, glancing at the people that passed by out of the corner of her eyes. 'I hate the people that come to these... always greasy and greedy...' She thought, obviously excluding those select few.

Crow-Boy Crow stopped on a dime just before he first heard Ain yell, he'd felt the electricity of battle also. Given the power of the local fighters it was hard to miss. Can we get in or what?" He said half laughing, he was eager for combat and the night was just getting started. The guard, a burly, overly muscled man with a medium amount of power, this was obviously meant to scare away the weaklings who came to fight. He tilted his head to study this newest combatant. He wore odd glasses that had a greenish tint to them. Few knew it allowed him to sense the required amount of energy.
The guard glanced over his shoulder at Conchenn, who still leaned against a far pillar, her features deeply shadowed. She inclined her head slightly, a malicious glow comming to her green eyes as she studied this worthy fighter, and the guard nodded while silently moving away.

Notus walked over to the great building, Hes never seen it so full of excitment, since The Homicide Party came. He continued to the door, looking perplexly into the building, wondering what was happening. The only problem was the big brute blocking his veiw. He tryed to get past but he was busy letting outers in. He decided to find another way in, he new there had to be a access door somewhere. So he went to look for one around the back.

Negative Zero stood atop the highest edge of the stadium, hidden in the darkness. No doubt most of the maggots that writhed in their swarm below could feel his presence, he was obviously the most poweful here. His eyes shot to Crow the instant he came out from under the doorway, into his line of sight. A deep, hiss-like growl came from his throat, and he struggled to suppress muscle spasms of excitement. Swallowing the saliva that came with the thought of the warrior's blood, he took a deep breath, calming himself until the right time.

Conchenn glanced upward, her hands curling into angry claws as she recognized both the scent and twisted aura of one of Homicide Party's henchmen. She nodded to one of her 'guards', she glanced up and mouthed the word 'roof'. With a nod he went to investigate any intruders. She knew full well that he would most likely be killed, it was a direct challenge to wichever lackey lurked in her territory. She also knew that she couldn't kill homiside party, but maybe this one would provide a feasable challenge.
Her eyes took on a queer glitter as she watched the newest warrior pass the guard and stalk into the hall of death, as she so fondly named it.

Crow was a bit nervous as he entered the new arena, it looked like it was still getting set up around the edges. Suddenly he sensed a familiar Ki, he strayed off through the crowd, blindly following a trail of energy. After a few moments he found the source of it coming from a young girl near a fountain. There was a man who had just recently been knocked unconscious, yet there were no signs of wounds, quite possibly Dragonfire's work, but he couldn't be sure. He focused again, trying to relocate it, but two signatures were too similar in the area.

"b*****d, I saw it first..." Ain huffed, but he quickly regained his cocky smile and proceeded to follow Crow into the building. He looked around the arena, it was pretty dark for a fighting ring. Looking around the ceiling for lights Ain didn't realize that Crow had wandered off. When he looked back to speak to him he was already gone, so Ain strolled over to the side of the arena, hoping to catch a good round of combat, and also to see to any special adaptations the owner might have made.

As the warriors gathered anxiously around the arena, awaiting the tournaments start, she continued to stand int he thick shadows. Not only did the they conceal her, but her personal glamor allowed her to wrap the darkness around her.
With deliberate slowness she pushed away from the crumlbing pillar and glided through the crowd with predators grace. The cloak she wore wrapped around her body brushed against the occaisonal body in the tight throngs of murmuring contestants. They glanced up, starled but could not see her, it was as if there eyes coudn't focus on the space she occupied.
She smirked again, wondering if any of these warriors were strong enough to sense her dark energy.
She slowly stepped onto the raised arena and let the gramour fall away slowly, revealing her slendor, seemingly unimposing form.
She waited in a deathly silence for the contestant to notice her sudden appearance.

In the throng of people that encircled the arena Serge stood waiting for something to happen. He had just wandered back into the city from the Desert, gotten some directions from a fellow on the street and then found his way here. It had been 3 years scence he had been to the city or had contact with others, and he wanting to see what the city had become.

Notus looked all around the back of the building but his memory must not have beem accurate enuff, there was no access door. He did how ever find a latter up to the roof, he looked around to make sure no one saw him and he started to climb. Once on the roof he couldn't see much, it was covard in shadows and steam from the vents. Then he sqaw it, his ticket in, a trap door. He knew he should have tryed the front door with the gaurd, but he knew he wouldn't have been let in. He walked over to the trap door and tryed lifting the metal grate, but it was stuck...
(Sorry I didn't post earlier, I was surveying.)

Crow turned his attention to a piont where quite a bit of it had been shifted suddenly, then turned back. It sure as Hell wasn't Dragonfire, and Crow hadn't seen him around in awile, he was a bit worried that Homicide Party might have gotten a hold of him for something. He didn't know much of Dragonfire, he could very well have been involved in rebel activity.
