Rafayel finished up his work for the night and let his client know he needed to pop out for some additional fresh ingredients for tomorrow morning's breakfast. It gave him enough of an excuse for his absence for a little while, and he did need to source some fresh fruits for things anyway, so it wasn't a lie. There was a new idea floating around in his head that he would need some of those Japanese seasonal strawberries from the market. It would go well with the sugar sculpture he was planning for the client's daughter tomorrow afternoon. But shaking his head as he was let out of the large gate at the edge of the property, he waved the guards goodbye and started hoofing it towards the meeting spot. It was as annoying as usual, but he didn't deal with the hassle of a car most nights. Only when he was off for an extended period of time, or he needed to travel with his clients to another venue and go ahead of them. Once he felt he was far enough away, he pulled that odd little pen out and shivered as that feeling of crawling insects roamed over his skin, as those odd, magical clothes appeared. The biggest annoyance was the dangling metal tiara near his forehead, but there wasn't much he could do about it. With a sigh, he loafed around until he made it to where he was supposed to be, and he pulled out that odd compact that definitely wasn't for magic. Quote: So are you here? Or am I in the wrong place? And just in case, he included a picture of where he was at.

Why he'd agreed to this he didn't know, he really didn't, but he was on the way to meet with his fellow dark mirror. Already powered up the senshi of adoration pulled out his compact and sent a quick message back.
"Around the corner."
Litterally he was around the corner, and soon he was walking around said corner, it wasn't hard to spot the other as the uniform stuck out like a sore thumb. Infact, he hadn't met a single senshi who didn't stand out, not that he'd met many really, but all of them stood out just as every knight did. It seemed to be some sort of a thing...every person with magical power stood out - they were hard to miss if not impossibe.
"Looks like we need to figure out where we're going for the night to gather energy." Saying this as he drew closer, foot steps as light as he could make the, fingers moved through his hair as he pushed his bangs back and away from his eyes. That uniform of the others...it looked bothersome to say the least. At least his uniform wasn't like that, though his was rather form fitting and seriously left no breathign room, it was uncomfortable to sweat in as well.

Looking around, he noticed the other and caught himself staring just for a moment at how form-fitting the other's uniform was. It reminded him of one of those professional ice skating outfits in a way. But even if he liked how they looked, even just a bit, he still wasn't sure if this whole forced teamwork thing would pan out. "As long as I end up passing one of those markets that have imported fruit. I need to get something for work." Crossing his arms, he folded the compact shut and sent it away. This whole subspace thing was handy, even if he didn't luck much else so far. "Any ideas?" Leaving things to the other since they had at least been around this more than he had, even if they apparently had broken magic.

"We can fit that in, you can store it in subspace while we're out." That way whatever the other was getting, some sort of fruit, would last and not get damaged in any way. He did, for a moment, wonder what they would be getting. His own mind wandered to watermelons, only because he knew that had those odd square shaped ones in Japan. He wasn't sure what else would be in a specialist store like that, which couldn't be bought at the local market. Yes, he had money but he didn't go getting such special fruits and such. He'd learned, slowly, to shop local and that meant he got whatever fruits were in season and from farms outside the city limits but still within state. It was all a matter of what was fresh and knowing where it came from.
"I was thinking we could hang out around some of the clubs and bars. The people will be drunk enough they won't notice the wraiths." They might see them, if they were unlucky, but he doubted they'd think it anything other than a sign of having drunk too much.
"The park works well also, plenty of cover for us and the wraiths can blend in well with the darkness and the shadows." He would give the two best options, or at least what he thought were the two best options, and leave the other to decide which they prefered. Hedwig could make either work, even if he'd fallen from trees a few times now.

"Thanks, I told my boss that's why I needed to head out instead of turning in. It's been another busy week with events." Groaning slightly, he stretched a bit and started walking as they mentioned clubs and bars. "Oh yeah, I know a few around here, I know there's some sort of fall bar crawl, so they're probably already blitzed by now." Looking back to make sure they were following along or at least keeping on the same page, he was still pretty sure he'd seen them once or twice out. The question was... had he already hit on them or not, it was hard to guess sometimes when he'd gone on those long breaks between contracts where the days blended together from all the things he had in his system. "So these wraiths, I just use that shard thing, right?" Though the idea of a park didn't really seem like much fun, he supposed it could keep them both from ending up getting in a fight with someone too drunk to be reasonable.

"Why would you need to explain to your boss going out at night? It's late you should be off the clock, unless you have a night job." A night job for someone who liked bars and clubs...it didn't make sense. So why would they need to explain going out late at night?
"That'll work, we can grab them on their way out." As they headed from bar to bar, it was always a good way to get people. He knew there were plenty of other ways, some weren't to his taste, but this would work well and was more than easy. At least he wasn't a corrupt senshi, he knew they had to work more for their energy, they didn't get wraiths and had to actually do things. "Maybe it'll get them home sooner, and tucked into bed, as well." Two good deeds done; not bad.
"These wraiths, we only get one, an eternal like Melpomene gets three. It'll take more work from us to gather a good amount of energhy." And it would keep him from actually joining in on the clubbing, and getting laid, he was not pleased with that aspect of things. But hey...he'd make up for it tomorrow night.
"So let's head for the clubs." Deciding it would be easier than the park, as he was already moving in that direction, he knew the clubs and bars as well.

Sometimes Raf forgot that people didn't have such high-profile jobs, and for a moment his face soured before he sighed and stretched while thinking of how best to put things. "Well, my client has me live on site during peak times or events to make sure every meal or dessert is up to the standard it always has been. We rotate on who stays on site, usually a few weeks on, then off again." Shaking his head, he looked longingly at one of the clubs as they walked past, something he had to wait at least another week for at best if this birthday dessert went well. Something inside him twisted at the mention of getting people home and to bed sooner, knowing he was part of the reason why some of them woke up with a blank spot in the place of the previous night's memories. But for now, he brushed it off and watched as the thing called a wraith scooted off to do whatever it was supposed to as they chatted and walked. "So they just do their own thing, and we can kick back?" Thinking on it, he pulled at the sheer fabric until it ripped free from his outfit. "Ah, much better." Looking around, he dumped it in a nearby trash can and looked himself over. He couldn't do much about the metal bracer things, but otherwise, he felt like his outfit was close enough to ouji lolita not to be a problem. "Not sure I can do much about yours, but hey, I'm sure if you lose the tiara thing, then we can say you're part of the French ice skating team~" With a mischievous smile, he reached up and flicked the thing lightly. Being this close, he was pretty sure now he'd at least bumped against them at a club. They were kind of cute, though he wasn't picky most nights as long as he could keep the narrative going his way.

"So you're a semi live in chef?" He questioned for a moment. Wasn't it rich people, like his own family and himself, who had chefs...they were not the chefs themselves - unless that was how they made their money.
Watching as his own wraith went off to gather energy, nearly impossible to see once it was far enough off. Let it do it's job, let it drain people, he would just hang out while energy was being grabbed. He found a nice alleyway to duck down so he could hide for a bit, while it worked. "Yes, we let them do the work and we just kick back." Which was more than alright with him, Hedwig did not like getting himself involved in such things. Infact, Hedwig didn't enjoy doing any of this...easy as it may be or not it didn't matter. He was well known to not be big on fulfilling dark mirror duty, this one just didn't know that.
"I was planning onhanging out behind a club...not inside of it." Rollign his eyes as the other flicked his tiara he shook his head slowly. "French Ice skating team....as if an ice skater would wear that sort of an outfit into a club." Though get someone drunk enough and they might actually believe something that stupid, he wasn't drunk though and thus the eye roll over the comment. "Just let your wraith work while you stay back and keep out of things. You don't even need to go into the club. Let it grab from people as they are leaving the place."

"It's the best work study gig I could find, so I don't have to go to all the in-person classes. I don't know about you, but I hate early classes and the types of people who go to them by choice. I just so happen to have a good name to shove around to get where I need to, so I can do what I want." Twirling his finger in the air slightly, he leaned back against the brick of the alley near the club. "Sounds a bit boring to not take advantage of the easy situation. But you know more about this than I do. I'm just here so Miss Catty doesn't spill the beans to my brother, and I have to deal with anything remotely close to talking with the others." Not that he'd spoken with either parent since the last explosive falling out. Even now, he could see the dress and accessories they'd picked out as a cosmetologist stood by to try "saving" what was left of his hair and making him look more presentable as the daughter Raeliana Onox. It made his skin crawl that they took things as a problem to be fixed and buried or a stain on the family instead of trying to listen at all. Fiddling with things for a moment, he looked back up at their comment. "Who knows, I've seen the Olympic hockey guys show up at clubs in their jerseys still to see if they might get a nice round of lays from it." At that, he lazily followed the wraith around a corner and past the next bar, looking over his shoulder at the other to follow. "It'll be fine, I'm sure we can make fun of this whole situation. Maybe you might find something to make you a little less sour. Next time, I can bring something sweet and sugary I made, if that sounds good to you?" Something he was sure the other hadn't seen done to the level of creativity he applied to his work.
