[The city at night was both peaceful and alive, it seemed the city never fully slept, there was always something going on but things were hidden behind doors and inside buildings. With few people moving from here to there mostly silent. Some were drunk, and being loud, but most that were seen were silent and moving from one place to another..past a door and into another building. The city never slept entirely.

It was that which Blaise enjoyed and why he was out tonight, wandering powered up, the hour was late but he was up enjoying the stillness of the night. The few people he saw were drifting from place to place silent as could be, it left him wondering for a moment where they were going…to what next hidden place they went, but that was perhaps why he enjoyed clubs so much. Not all of them were loud or even well known, some were tucked away and even hidden behind walls, down narrow stairs, and tucked away as only the best kept secrets were.

He wasn’t out to gather energy tonight, he’d do that tomorrow night, tonight he just wanted to savor things. He wanted to be as separate from it all as he could be…and this allowed it, even though he could sense someone else not far off…lovely.

Getting a bit more used to the area around the forest and cabin, Feronia had started venturing a bit further and closer to some of the stone and glass buildings where other humans lived. Many of them looked the same, something that was new to him but also understandable. With how close they were to each other, he figured the buildings needed to fit in the remaining space.

Wandering down one of the narrow alleys between buildings, he marked his path on a new page of the little notebook he'd gotten from Antisana. At least that had been the plan until he felt something nearby, not like Londonite or the other fellow... yet also not like Antisana or Athebyne. Looking up, his ears perked up as he saw a new person coming from the opposite entrance to the alley.

"Oh... Hello,"
he said softly while closing his notebook and disappearing that and his pencil away into subspace.

Hedwig gave pause, stared for a moment, and than just shook his head. He knew there were senshi not from this planet, actual aliens, but to see one....that was a whole new thing to him. The fact there were people out there, living in this day and age, who didn't believe in aliens Hedwig still found a shock. It was a simple matter of odds and the odds won out - aliens were real and out there. But to see them and to actually be able to put faces and names to it....that was the shock for him. He'd always figured aliens were out there, of course they were, but they either hadn't found Earth or ignored humans...or figured they'd just leave humans to continue fighting and killing each other as they wanted not part of it. He also figured if they were ever to deal with aliens it would be a matter of aliens seeking to either enslave them or wipe them out...or if they were lucky they'd want some allience. For it to be something this simple, where it wasn't all over the news and ahve people in their homes terrified to leave, was a bit of a relief to him. Though he did wonder, at times, if there were other aliens out there...those that would declare war on Earth or seek to envslave them. It had to be a chance, right? The odds were there surely.

"Evening..." It was just one alien but he still wasn't sure how he felt, which way he wanted to approach such a thing, even if it was just one alien. They hadn't come in piece, not all of them had, and what if others came? Even if their home worlds were dead what about others seeking them out, finding their trail leading right to Earth?

Was it ok to worry about such things? That would drag him further into this war, right? To worry and care and feel like these aliens were a potential danger, fascinating as they also were. It would make him want to do more, be more, and that wasn't how this was supposed to go.

"What brings you out tonight?" Best to get an idea if he was at risk here.

Tilting his head slightly at their head shake, Feronia's ears twitched slightly. "Evening," he said with a soft smile. It didn't seem like they were in trouble, at least not so far.

"Oh, I was looking around at the buildings and trying to learn more about this place. Are you out performing your duties?" Trying to be polite as he looked the other over, his eyes caught on the plant-like patterns on their outfit, and his tail swayed slightly as he wondered if they too knew about how wonderful nature was.

"I hope I haven't bothered you. I know the people here are very busy, I've seen them all in a rush to get places, even when it is late out." Something that seemed so unique to this place, the scrambling of people and how things were done without the same level of ceremony and care as they were back on Feronia. It wasn't all bad, since it did seem like there were far more people in a much smaller space here on Earth.

They were so casual, unbothered, and for a moment Hedwig just sort of...stared. They didn't seem to care what he was doing and that was a surprise, but a good, one, it meant he wasn't likely to wind up in a fight tonight and that was perfect in his opinion because he did not want to get into a fight - he didn't like fighting. "What were you tyring to learn about this place?" Because there was a lot to learn, and did they meant this city or Earth in general? If it was a general thing, like Earth as a whole, there was a never ending amount for them to learn about.

"People have jobs and other things to get to but no - I'm not busy tonight. You haven't bothered me." At least not yet, and it didn't seem like they would, they seemed too easy going. Hedwig doubted there would be any issues tonight...any bother.

"Did people not rush about or have jobs and things where you're from?" How different space, and aliens, were. But the thought of not being in a rush and having thigns to do and places to be. That seemed suc ha universal thing that he couldn't picture anyone, anywhere, being able to just go so slow and take it so easy. Even with the money he had, and had acess to in the past, he'd still rushed about to do things....mostly shopping and clubbing. There was no job for him to rush to, never had been and likely never would be, but he had other things he rushed to.

With the way the other was staring, Feronia touched his face to make sure that maybe he might have something on it, at least until they asked him a question and he had to take a moment to think about things.

Shifting his weight from one foot to the other, Feronia tilted his head and rested his cheek in his palm. "Mostly about the people here and what it's like here. Things are quite different, and as I've learned, viewpoints on what is or isn't proper vary widely between each person." Something that he hadn't really experienced back before, but then again, his circle of interaction was just the few people who raised him and taught him things.

Hearing that he was, not in fact, a bother, Feronia perked up and his ears followed suit. "Oh! I see, well, could I ask you for more conversation then, if not tonight, then maybe again in the future?" It was a first, it seemed, that this person didn't have a nightly duty as the others had so far.

"Oh well... everyone had their duty and always rose to the occasion to make sure they did things right. But things were very different there, mostly related to the harvest and the things that went along with that. But from what I gathered so far, food is not as scarce or as much of a priority to people. I also haven't seen any farmlands here either." That had been something that had confused him the most and made him slightly uneasy since he wasn't sure what the status was for his next meal.

"Of crouse they would. Culture and personal beliefe, formed by experiences, varries a lot." And there were many cultures on this planet, many countries, and so many people from else where lived in this city. He was certain that would confuse anyone who wasn't from this planet....if aliens ever did arrive, in mass, and want to open diplomatic channels he would feel bad for them...they'd have a lot to learn and work with. It would, if nothing else, confuse them and likely lead to them giving up - hopefully.

"You can talk to me tonight, since we're both here, I can't promise to be out particular nights or avalible even." It would have been far easier to just handle whatever the other wanted to know, if they had questions, tonight while they were standing here together. He also didn't want to interact and spend more time with order than he needed to, not just because it would look bad, but really he didn't want to deal with it. To deal with someone who was clueless on Earth things, like this alien likely was, it simply wasn't his thing. He'd tolerate it for tonight though.

"Farmlands are elsewhere in this country, and others, countries important thigns they need and export thigns they have a lot of - so they help each other." To a point at least, there was no need or reason to get too detailed on things. He wasn't about to start explaining taxes on such things or using such things as leverage over other countries. None of that was going to be mentioned, it was more to get into than he was willing to talk about. It also wasn't a topic he was good with, not really.

"Some places are good for growing some things but not other things, climate and such plays a part in it. But it sounds like you might have dealt with something long past in our history. It sounds like you're used to a smaller culture where importing and explorting wasn't really a thing....so older times when it was living on what you could grow right there. I'd suggest European history perhaps?" As he didn't know much about harvesting and such elsewhere. He knew how farming worked in Europe in times long gone by. "You should get some books on that..."
