As Sailor Tempesti strode through the fall night’s encroaching cool, the darkening street felt oddly quiet. Not a single Chaos energy signature had raised her hackles in at least an hour and while she wasn’t going to complain about the absence of any need to fight, she couldn’t help but wonder if and when the other she was going to drop. The sensation of another Order aura drew her from her introspection, grey eyes scanning for the arrival of a potential ally, finally landing on an unfamiliar senshi in a beautifully realized fuku. With a friendly wave she began walking toward the newcomer, “Hello!”

DSS Sailor Sekhmet was thoroughly jumping out of his bones, as he patrolled alone that night. The silence was unearthly and indeed reminded him of those long centuries of being alone on Sekhmet, his Homeworld, with the Cabbage of Chaos. Finally, he felt the aura of an Order Member, a Senshi, at least he thought it was. And then he saw her, she was a human woman with an awesome fuku. He replied shyly, "Hello, fellow senshi," as he slowly came forward.

Tempesti offered the other senshi a reassuring smile as she approached, hoping to put to rest at least some of his unease. He was unfamiliar and had a distinctly otherworldly air to him, his fuku striking in both the warm contrast of its colors and in the opulence of the jewelry that accompanied it. An ensemble that would look at home in a museum of ancient history, she silently mused. “How’s your night going?” She held out her hand in greeting as she spoke. “I’ve seen some…odd things about lately.”

Honkzilla I apologize for taking so long. I am in the mist of improving my life, as so far, I've had too much on my plate that it has injured me, and made me sick. I will do my best to finish this RP with you by the end of the raffle. Thank you. Sekhmet smiled warmly at the new Senshi, his golden reptilian skin gleaming in the lamplight. "It is going well as expected. Yes, indeed I have seen many strange things this time of year, on the Earth." His rough cheeks turned the color of corrupted gold. "How could I have been so rude? Forgive me for not greeting you, properly. I am Deep Space Senshi Sailor Sekhmet of Sandstorms. I greet you." He bowed to her in his traditional way. Something glinted in a strange color, in the lamplight just past the other Senshi, under the nearest trash can and caught his eye.

The way the man spoke about Earth definitely gave her Tempesti the impression that he wasn’t from here and his introduction made swift work of her speculation. “Oh, please don’t worry about that. You were just answering my question. I’m Sailor Tempesti, by the way.” She wasn’t sure if she should attempt to replicate his bow, if that would be a sign of respect or something incredibly rude. Opting to split the difference, she dipped her head gently with a slightly self-conscious smile. “It’s nice to meet you.” The reality of what deep space senshi faced had become far more tangible since Bacchus had moved onto her couch and part of her ached to think what this stranger had undoubtedly faced in the years before he came to Earth. As his gaze shifted to something behind her she turned, trying to catch a glimpse of what he saw. No Chaos energy signatures lingered in the periphery of her senses, but as she knew, Chaos wasn’t the only threat in this city. Sailor Hawk Please don't worry about it, take all the time you need. Your real life well-being is more important than any RP. I'm not going anywhere and I know that life happens. Take care of yourself.

Sekhmet's eyes widened in horror, as he realized what he was seeing. "Oh no! not the dice! Not again!" Out of the glowing dice, came out a purple glow. It swirled around him and he screamed, vanishing with the purple glow. He found himself looking at the Gameboard once more. He banged his head against the wall. "NO! I didn't touch them! I didn't touch them!"

As the deep space senshi vanished, Tempesti realized that one of the dice had transported him back to that gameboard. With no attempt to resist its magic she snatched up the other die on the ground by her feet, relieved when she found herself beside Sekhmet, who seemed distressed but physically unharmed. Hopefully smacking his head against the barrier wouldn’t remedy that situation. “Sekhmet, please don’t hurt yourself.” She kept her voice low, doing her best to maintain a soothing tone while fretting about her distinct lack of knowledge in what his people found comforting. “You know the dice, so you survived this before, right? Just. Try to take some deep breaths. This isn’t going to be fun, but you’re proof that you can get through this and come out alright on the other side. I am too and I wasn’t looking to do it again, but we’re here and we can do this.”

Sekhmet relaxed and thanked Tempesti. The die was starting to burn a hole in his hand, (how did it get there?). He raised his glowing hand up (glowing from the die, and sighed. "I guess this means I'm first." He rolled his die. Space 5: A dog barks, fierce and frightening. You can hear its growl and the hackles stand up on the back of your neck. You can practically feel spittle on you. It’s close. And it’s big. And it’s angry. If this beastly dog could reach you, no doubt it would try to tear you to shreds. On the Homeworld of Sekhmet, there were no dogs of any kind (at least not any good-natured ones). The closed things included the reptilian jackals and the reptilian wolves and those things literaly ate Sekhmite young for dinner. So it wouldn't have surpriseed Sekhmet that when he reached square 5, and the huge was there to eat him - at least to some of his senses it was, he panicked and started screaming. and clawing at the walls, trying to get out of the square...of course the gameboard wouldn't let him and slammed back to the middle of the square. He lay in the middle of his square in a heap and whimpering. "Please," he begged to Tempesti, over the dog growls, "Take your turn."

The air almost vibrated with a strange intensity as Tempesti looked around the space in which she had landed. It sounded like something Bacchus had sworn about in one of his rants about this place, something involving sharp threads that had sliced open his shoulder during one of his unfortunate repeat visits. The sound of Sailor Sekhmet’s distress, and the dog that seemed to occupy his square felt more urgent than the risk to herself. “OK, just hang tight!” a quiet his escaped as one of the threads nicked her elbow. “We’ll be out of here soon!” Eager to keep her word, the young senshi quickly tossed her die.
