Dredded Homework

Abby sat down cross-legged on her bed, frowning at the information presented to her on the new tablet Beni gave her when she first awakened. As much as she didn't want to read up on all things negaverse, she didn't want to get into some sort of trouble for not having the basic information needed to survive. Sighing, she started her reading, snorting at the first topic What is the negaverse?. Well everything in that section aligned with what her older cousin had told her, so nothing new there. As she read on, she stopped to read very carefully about the section on the white moon. There was one sentence that caught her eye and it made her frown slightly. “So you can't be friends with the white moon? Is it really that serious?” Now granted she didn't want to convert or anything (She had a feeling Alex would not tolerate that), but the fact that you couldn't make friends with the enemy just seemed…Boring. What if there were some pretty chill and neutral white moon people out there? What if there were ones that wanted to actively work with the negaverse but didn't want to corrupt?

Honestly she could understand that last bit, corrupting hurt so much and she did not want to go through something like that again.

No use wondering over missed opportunities, maybe that rule would change sometime in the future?

Moving on.

She snorted at the bit about Metallica, rolling her eyes. Of course their all powerful leader was a being few have seen, wouldnt make her this mysterious thing if she was seen in the halls of the castle everyday. “It's not like she is like the late Queen of England though.” The thought made her giggle, imagining some sort of monstrosity of a lady thing waving to crowds of negaverse officers and senshi while the general sovereigns acted like her bodyguards. She could only imagine what they would look like in the uniforms that the royal soldiers used in england. Axinites bright orange hair under that large furry hat caused a giggle fit to happen while she continued reading. The small bit about queen Lauralite made her think of a really powerful princess, because wouldn't Metalica technically be a queen herself? Made sense to her.

There was a glance over the rankings and what not, seemed pretty cut and dry, nothing to really criticize or make note of. It was the same with Youma, despite the fact that she was completely jealous over the fact that they hated senshi and Mauvians but could totally get along with officers. Having a really cool Youma pet would totally be something she would be interested in. If only she had been an officer instead, then she could've had something cool like that. But then again if she was an officer she wouldn't have the powers she has right now.

When Abby came across the promotions section and how it had to happen, she let out a small whimper. So in order to gain more power, she had to go through that process all over again? A shudder ran down her spine and she almost cursed Alex for awakening her. But then again if he hadn't, then she wouldn't be able to assist him with his goals and keep him out of danger. The sight of his scars almost made her want to cry. How was anyone on his team okay with such things happening to their leader?

Well no matter, Alex now has the support of three cousins in addition to Katya so there wouldn't be any more damage done to him that couldn't be fixed or avoided. With that settled, Abby kept reading, taking in the knowledge when she felt it was important. She already found out about auras the first night she was out on her energy gathering journey. It was quite easy to avoid whitemoon signatures when everything was broadcasted. Although that meant they would catch her if she wasn't aware of her surroundings.

As far as branches go:

She wasn't interested. It seemed like a lot of work and while she loved being a senshi she really didn't want to put in too much dedication to this, especially if it would interfere with her personal life. Being a ballerina is everything to her, that was something the negaverse could not take from her even if Metalica herself demanded it. So for now, Abby did not have any plans to specialize into any branch. Unless her cousins asked it of her she was not going to do it.

Ah, she was almost done, thank god.

Tablets…Yep understood. Insubordination made her wince, if only for the fact that her cousins are indeed a rank or two above her and she wasn't the most cooperative when it came to doing her job in the negaverse. But she figured since they haven't really said much then she was okay so far. However that meant it could change in the future if she wasn't careful. Her cousins were only tolerant because she was young and that excuse was not going to last forever, she was not stupid. She only hoped they would keep it under the radar a bit longer and just eventually get over it. Then she could safely do what she wanted without much repercussion.

Oh! There were other senshi types?!

The Dark Moon senshi caused her to be curious. Maybe she could go out and try to find one sometime? There wasn't anything saying that she couldn't be friends with one so that is going to be the next personal mission going forward. Abby looked down, expecting to read more only to find that she was now done. She quickly squealed and closed the tablet, tossing her pen into her small pocket of deep space. With that done, she can finally go do something meaningful, like shopping with her fathers credit card. OR she could go down to her studio and practice for the nutcracker and her silks.

That seemed like a better idea.
