Aruna watched carefully as the agent retreated before turning her attention to the page on the ground. Her eyes did a cursory look over their body to make sure there were no injuries to speak of, making sure there was no need of the med kit tucked away in her subspace. Once she was sure there wasn't any blood, she sat back on her heels and gave them a small smile.
"God's gift huh? I'd ask if you were okay, but you seem pretty good to me." There was a sparkle of amusement in her eyes as she looked at him. "But seriously, are you alright?"

Windsor gave a double thumbs up, hoping that covered the ‘are you all right’, because no, they really weren’t all right but…they would live to annoy someone another day.
“Look. She was all, ‘nobody likes you just die cause it’ll make the world better’ and like, crazy b***h, you don’t know me, I’m delightful, and everyone loves me so.”
They coughed again and gingerly rubbed their neck. “I’m not the person to like, doom say to. I know it’s not real. But. I’m alive so. Thanks for that.”

Aruna gently patted their back, giving them a sympathetic smile. "Sounds like Chaos for you. Some of them fight better with words, some fight better with physical attacks. Either way, they're a group to be wary of." She didn't want to admit it, but if it had been her in that situation, the psychological warfare most likely would have done a better job.
"I'm Aruna, by the way. And I'm more than happy to have been able to help. You seem....new to this?" She tilted her head as she appraised Windsor. She couldn't say she had run into them before, but that wasn't saying too much.

“Words literally can’t hurt me. I’m indestructible, but the physical attacks? Yeah that was kind of absolutely bullshit. And my stupid weapon did nothing. Like less than nothing if I’m thinking about it. The b***h.”
They sighed and rubbed their neck gingerly, shaking their head. “Seriously. The only time I want my neck bruised is when like. I want my neck bruised? Feel me?”
Windsor closed their eyes for a moment, imagining the situation where a neck bruise would be very welcome but. That wasn’t the point.
“I’m Windsor. Page of Cosmos. I’m. New enough I guess? That was the first…Chaos did you say? That was the first Chaos person I’ve run into. Sphene was her name. She’s. Super rude.”
Their hand moved to rub at their forehead. “I…Is my face messed up from that yoyo? Is there a bruise? Like, neck bruising is fine and all, I can spin that how I want but my face? That’s a damn dealbreaker.”

Aruna laughed softly, definitely liking the wit from this page. They reminded her of a few people, and it warmed her heart. Or at least until she thought about the fact one of those people was her ex.
“Mm. She would be an Agent. Agents look all military or business wear. Corrupt senshi look like your usual senshi but with cracks here and here.” She tapped her chest and forehead. “You've also got Dark Mirror senshi, who have sort of a gauzy layer to them? Some sort of sheer draping? I can't say I've met one myself, but I used to have a friend who purified that used to be one. They should feel all more or less the same sort of wrong.” She had a feeling Windsor never really got a proper talk about the who's and what's in terms of Order versus Chaos.
The question about their face made her laugh and she peered up at them, brushing his bangs from his face as she tilted her head. “You've got a bit of a red mark, but it shouldn't bruise. With any luck the red should fade in a few minutes. She really nailed you right between the eyes with a yoyo huh?” She tried hard not to smile and definitely was failing.

Windsor sighed deeply at the fact that there was a red mark, and they hesitated for a moment before just powering down and drawing out their phone, turning the camera in front facing mode so that they could really assess the damage.
It wasn’t as bad as it could be, they supposed and sighed, looking back at Aruna, frowning slightly. “Haven’t met any of the other things, I don’t think. I don’t really know though. There was this one girl who helped me fight a wolf but I was way more focused on the wolf. Sticks aren’t great weapons either, just in case you were wondering. Anyway…thank you for helping me out with that. She needs to learn what consent is and like. How to not be a rude b***h. Though, she seemed too old to learn any new tricks…”

Aruna’s eyes widened as Windsor powered down, not having expected that in the least. Did this person not care about hiding their identity? Before she could think on that too hard, a sense of familiarity hit her. Tilting her head, she looked at the person before her, trying to place where she knew them from.
“No, sticks really aren't the best.” She thought briefly of Blarney and smiled a little. “If you want, I'd be happy to help teach you if you want? Or at the very least go on patrols or something with you til you get the hang of it? I promise I'm not trying to be patronizing, I swear.”

Alexi glanced over at her and chuckled. “Look, I’m going to be so real with you? I’m great at stage fighting. I just need to figure out how to not pull the punches and actually make contact, but the issue here was I didn’t know what I was getting into, and my dumb ball didn’t do what I wanted it to do, which was like. Shatter and slice her hand. It just kind of. Bounced off.”
Holding up their hand, to illustrate what they were talking about, Alexi realized that they were not powered anymore. Duh.
“Picture like. A stained glass little Christmas ornament. It was like…the one job the thing had. Alas! I might choose the sticks for the future after all. But, company? I’ll never say no to company.”

Glancing around to make sure no one would see, Aruna allowed her own henshin to drop. "A friend of mine literally had a small branch. Not even the sort of branch you could hit someone with, either. Knight weapons are definitely not my specialty, but I've seen a fair few strange ones. And I'm sure my cousins have seen even more odd ones, and probably had some strange ones themselves." She would have to ask Basiluzzo or Stromboli next time she saw them what their initial weapons looked like.
Giving them a warm smile, she held her hand out. "I'm Halia, by the way."

Alexi took hold of the hand and shook it, grinning. “Alexi, at your service. I think that a branch would like, be better than what I have, but, I’ll figure out a way to make it work for me, maybe next time I’ll break it myself and just throw it at their face…”
It could work. Shards of glass coming to someone’s face?
A good thought.
“Do you want to exchange numbers?”

Halia nodded, thinking of how to make that into a useful weapon. "Do you know if it can break? It wouldn't hurt to test it out and make sure it isn't shatter proof." She could only imagine how awkward that would be if it was the case. "Wouldn't hurt to bring something with you too, just in case. Keep something in your subspace to help protect yourself with."
The mention of exchanging numbers made her smile, and she pulled her phone out. A little moth charm dangled from it, catching the light, and she held the phone out to Alexi with the contact screen up. "Go ahead and put your number in and send yourself a message from my phone." It had been a while since she had made a new friend, especially one who she was sharing her identity with, and she had to admit, it was rather nice.

Shatterproof? “That would be a big slap in the face from the universe if it is…like, here Alexi! Here’s a shiny, beautiful thing to protect yourself with only, jk! It offers literally no protection! Have a nice day!”
Reaching out they took her phone and sighed, filling in their contact info, snapping a quick selfie of themself and texting so that they would have her number.
“When do you want to do this again? I’m free most of the time, or. When I’m not in class, so I’m free most evenings right now, I suppose is a good way to put it.”

Halia smiled as she took her phone back, glancing at the contact and finding it endearing. They made her feel lighthearted, and that was something she could sorely use right about now.
"Somehow that doesn't even sound unlikely to happen. The cosmic forces are real jerks sometimes. A bunch of my cousins are knights, so now I sort of want to ask them what they started out with and what the weirdest ones they've seen are. I bet there are some really odd items out there." Her mind briefly wandered down a small rabbithole of what would make for the strangest and most useless weapons, and she had to shake her head to clear the thought like an etch-a-sketch.
"I work at a bookshop in town most days, but i'm usually free in the evenings. Let me know whenever you feel up to it, alright? I'll make time no matter what." Because really, in her eyes, making sure people on their side could reliably fight and defend themselves was far more important than anything else she had going on.
"Call or text me anytime okay? For practice, for help, even if you just want company on patrol. I'll be there."

Alexi nodded, giving a smile and a small wave. "Yeah sounds great!"
Right now though, they were going home to get some ice on their neck so maybe it wouldn't bruise. Too badly. Some sympathy from Iriel might be nice though so...
Oh well. They had made a new friend and that was very nice!
