Buddhists believe in letting go of attachment but for me i found this not to be to my strengths some of it i agreed with like material things letting go of but keeping attachment to people i found to be a necessary strength for me.
By keeping it i was able to develop my emotions and connect with the spirit world. Developing your emotions leads to amazing healing effects that can keep you boosted for a long time like high energy, headaches, soreness going away.
There is a downside to it though you can feel your energy being drained rapidly when someone feels bad about something and tells you about it. Heck there was a time well i felt aches in my whole body. But i find the positive strengths much greater than any side effect that comes with it.
I enjoy talking to jesus i can hear him all the time and other kinds of spiritual beings as well.

I agree. Attachment to people is a strength for me. I cut myself off from human connection in 2017 and that slowly eclipsed more and more connections until it encompassed all human connection outside of my immediate family in 2024. And those years were very bad for me.
But attachment to material possessions is something that Jesus warns against as well, so you are wise to resist it (Matthew 6:19-20, NASB), "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in or steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."
When I pray for guidance or healing, I usually pray to the Father in the name of Jesus, just as Jesus teaches (Matthew 6:9-13; John 14:11-14) and I have found that God answers very frequently.
I say this with love and care for you - I would be extremely careful communing with other spiritual beings. Jesus is trustworthy, but demons are dangerous, and we are warned that the Devil can disguise himself as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14). You have no way of knowing whether you are communing with demons, and they could do serious harm to you.

Ahh i see well glad you got your connections back. Yep i agree. Relying on jesus or the father for healing isn't a requirement for me to be healed now but i will still talk to him and appreciate him though if i ever need him he is there though.. For the demon part you don't have to worry about that. I appreciate your concern though. ^_^ Even though i walk through the valley of death i fear no evil.
