~*~Forever A Warrior; A New Beginning~*~

~*~Background~*~
This story began on a world far away by the name of Lavian. Dark forces had taken over the planet. Enchantia, Lavian's moon, froze itself to avoid capture, and the dark forces had already taken over Lavian's sister planet, Amphora.
On Lavian, a group of resistance fighters gathered to stop the Darkness from spreading. Led by the princess of Enchantia, Tenchi; the princess of Amphora, Aurora; the princess of Lavian, Blaze; and a powerful girl from the forests of Lavian, Amaya Moriko. The problem is, to conceal themselves from the dark forces, no one knew that these girls are the princesses.
The resistance was looking for magical stones. However, they didn't know much about them, or how they could be used, but there were legends floating around about the power of these stones. All that they knew at the time was that, to defeat the dark forces, they required the power of the stones and that the stones were located on Enchantia, Lavian and/or Amphora.
It is now two years later, and the worlds have been saved by the girls with the help of some friends and the powerful magic of the mystic stones. Since peace has returned to the lands there has been some power struggles as to who should rule Lavian's people. The rightful heir Blaze is not wanting the position and has decided to go on another adventure. Mostly to see the world and get her mind off of her troubled past. We currently find our heroines on a ship, the Tsaphiel (Angel of the Moon), chasing after someone. (That is still in the air as to who it is.)
(ok ladies..I might need some help here. sweatdrop Is this a good start tho?)

Blaze awoke and streched with a yawn with the sun coming in through the small window right where her head had been. She changed from her pajams with out much though and made her way to the deck. A breeze blew by, ruffling her now short hair. She looks out across the sea to find the sun rising into a clear sky. It was the first clear sky in two weeks and a welcomed site. Good morn' Miss Blaze.Good morn' Captain. That it is! That it is! The weather just cleared not but a few hours ago, and the men have spotted a near island. It will be good to rest our feet on land after a month at sea.Yes it shall Blaze smiled looking out across the sea.

Aurora's eyes slowly opened and recognized Blaze's shifting form against the blinding morning light. She turned to her side facing the wall desperate to catch more sleep for once. As she layed there, she slowly realized she wouldn't be able to go back to sleep and sighed.

Eventhough the girls had been on the Tsaphiel for a month, Amaya still couldn't get used to the rocking of the ocean. She wasn't one to get sick easily, but she was having a hard time adjusting. This really was the first time she had ever been to sea as she had grown up in a secluded forest. An amazing adventure thus far as they travel from port to port. Each land still new to Amaya as she had only seen a few places in their origional journey together. Having been home to visit her family for a short time she readjusted to her old way of life before meeting up with Aurora and Blaze once more.
Amaya leans against the portside of the ship enjoying the nice weather, glad that the storm had finally cleared. The calmer seas made for an easier time of things on board as well as in her stomach. Lost in her thoughts she watches as they near the island that only an hour before was a tiny speck on the horizon. She smiles when she hears the Captain speaking to Blaze. It really would be nice to get my feet back on dry land.
If Blaze was up, then Aurora would surely follow shortly. It never failed, once one of them got up the other wouldn't be able to sleep. Amaya unfortunately, didn't have the luxury of being able to sleep that long. She had been up with the sun almost every morning since they came aboard. She wasn't sure if this was a good thing or not, but at least she was able to learn a few things from the sailors about how the ship worked. She was more than happy to help where ever she could.

Aurora tossed and turned for a couple minutes, trying her best to enjoy the bed she had been sleeping on since they boared the Tsaphiel. She still wasn't quite used to sleeping on something so soft...
Frustrated Aurora finally rubbed the last bit of sleepiness out of her sapphire eyes. "Morning already?" she grumbled to no one in particular. Her hands reached for the ribbon beside her bed and pulled her short hair back. Much to her dismay many strands continued to fall out of place because of their shortness.
She really couldn't complain though - summer was coming, and no matter how long they stayed on Lavian she would never get used to the swealtering heat. After some time, Aurora finally dressed into some fresh clothes and climbed the stairs to the deck. As always Blaze and Amaya had woken up before her.
"Mor-" she started, before stifling a yawn. "Did you sleep well?"

Hearing Aurora's voice, Amaya turns around to face the sleepy headed girl. "Good Morn' Aurora. I slept as well as can expected. I could say that I slept well, but you and I both know it would be a lie." She laughs softly, "I haven't had a peaceful nights sleep since we started this little adventure. Which by the way is going quite smoothly. Looks like we should be making anchor within the next hour or so. I can't wait to be on solid ground again. I hope I don't wobble too much though."

Aurora laughed lightly at this comment, still not fully awake. "I slept pretty good until the sun came up." She yawns, "No matter how much I sleep I always seem to be tired anyways.."
Aurora did a couple stretches before looking over the side of the boat. The water perfect for swimming, but if she jumped in she'd never be able to catch up to the Tsaphiel... "When's breakfast?"

Food!? Blaze called excitedly as she made her way over to the others. Lets go raid the galley! Her smile was full of mischief that was fully backed up by her grumbling stomach. Being a morning person was one thing she enjoyed, though to some it was just annoying. Well? Are you coming or not? She called as she began creeping towards the lower decks.

Aurora sighed and turned around just in time to watch Blaze run down to the galley. "I hate it when she does that.." she said to no one in particular. "I'll be glad when we get to land.. There really isn't anything to do here sometimes... Besides maybe work on my water magic but..." She peered down into the sea below them. "I'm on a vacation, I guess." Aurora stretched and sat down leaning against the side, soaking up the sun.
'I hope... this time never ends...'

"We will be at the port in about an hour," she heard one of the deck mate's tell the other as they managed the Tsaphiel. "How are you this fine mornnig, Lady Aurora?" She opened one eye to find Leroi standing above her. "You know I'd prefer it ifyou just called me Aurora," she replied plainly. He just laughed.
"We can talk about it more later, Lady Aurora." He gave her a small wink before continuing his work before the Captain noticed. She just sighed and shook her head. 'I wish he would just leave me alone,' she thought to herself, but still laughing at his efforts..

Amaya was a bit hungry herself, but she wasn't about to sneak down into the galley with Blaze. She shakes her head as she watches the princess creep down the stairs. "We go through this every morning. You'd think she'd learn by now. Oh well, who am I to stop her?" She laughs softly to herself then turns to see Aurora making herself comfortable.
Moments later one of the younger crew members was trying his hardest to get Aurora's attention. Smiling, Amaya joins her friend as she was soaking up the warmth of the sun. She could tell that the younger girl was frustrated by the attempts of Leroi. It was almost hard not to tease her about it. "Looks like someone has developed a crush on you, Aurora. Can't really blame the guy can you?"

You know, you should really tell him he an't got a' chance. Blaze stated after hearing Amaya's comment. It really isn't fair to let him go on like that. She then munched contently on her apple as she looked over at the island that was coming into view. It was mostly forest land, much like the rest of Lavian, with a large mountain rising up on the western side. The mountain had a seer drop on the western side facing the sea. Is that a cave? Blaze whispered to herself pulled away by a dark feeling all the sudden.
