There is an enchanted ceiling that looks like the outside sky, it is amazing. There are four long tables, that all face another one long table that sits the staff, the four tables from left to right are: Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Slytherin. Also right outside the two double doors leading into the Great Hall is the four, massive jewel holders for the four houses and their house points. Students pass these holders everyday when entering the Great Hall.

McGonagall sat at the middle of the teachers table. She never really got used to not seeing Dumbledor sit here, even after so many years. She looked over the great hall, soon he'd be filled with many a student.
Torice made her way into the great hall taking a seat on the furthest chair to the left. She postured herself and wondered home many of the new students would be Slytherins. She would be proud of anyone that was well placed into her house.

But after all, who could get upset with a ghost who only knows to play jokes? He then took a seat at the slytherin table and Tonya let go of his arm to be seated by the other girl who still wanted to hold Isaac's arm. "Uh... You can let go... Now!" She jumped and blushed deeply avoiding his eyes. "Man I'm starved... I hope this talk goes fast..."

Alexa carridge stopped and she made her way into the great hall, she saw Isaac and the two girls and she had mixed emotions she made sure to sit far away from them.

*Jc walked down to the Gryffindor Table, she noticed what had happened to Isaac back in the Enterance Hall, but she didn't really care at the moment.*
*The boats came to a halt in a cavern, where Filch greeted them with a latern, he was weezing for air, since he was older. His age was finally catching up with him. Jesicka got out of the boats first, she motioned for the Christy to get out, and help with the first years.*

Within the many students Isaac spotted Alexa, his stomach in knots. He knew that the girl noticed his tension and she tapped on his shoulder. "What?" He looked over at her.
"You'll have to talk to her eventually yes. But why not think of your other selections tonight?" She grinned at him, and went to hold his hand and then she frowned as he pulled it away. "Oh come on Isaac, she's not your type... She makes you more tense than anyone else."
Isaac looked down at his empty plate his heart feeling heavy. "That's not true... Jc's the one that does that..." He shuffled his feet slightly and sighed. "I... She makes me laugh more than anyone else." He grabbed his fork feeling akward.
"Anyone can make you laugh!" She was quite upset with him. "She's just using you for the reputation. So is that Dexter boy..." She tried getting a good reaction from him.
"But she makes me truely laugh... All the other times I'm forcing a laugh or..." He twirled the fork in his hand. And then he looked over at Alexa his stomach doing a loop, and he looked away quickly. "Don't talk about Dexter... Correction, don't talk at all." He glanced at her, her mouth was open, but nothing came out, she looked like she was going to get up and leave, but instead she just looked away from Isaac. Isaac enjoyed the silence.

((I'm going, let's try to slow it down, to the sorting.)) ((Agree fully.)) Adora followed the Professor closely, and looked at the man with the lantren and she shivered. He would be leading them into the school. What would Adora see?((I'll wait for her to be in awe and amazement. Gothic when you get a chance can you sum up everying that's happened in the storyline post? (like just add to what happened and put it at the great hall) I'll lock the thread when I get home tonight.))

"all first years please stay close" Christy said and lead them to the great hall doors. "line up here please" christy said and then motioned the first years to line up.

Rhiana walked into the Hall, her feelings soaring as high as the enchanted ceiling. This was her home. She made her way over to the Ravenclaw table, and began gabbing with her housemates.
Everett looked the Hall up and down, as people rushed in past him, shaking water from their robes. Spotting one of his chums from Gryffindor, he sprinted over and plopped down next to him, and began telling him all about his summer.
Edaline entered the Great Hall through the small door behind the long teachers' table. She was a tad late, as she had found Peeves in a classroom along her way, enchanting the chalk to spell out obscene words across the chalkboards. She took her seat, and waited patiently for the feast to come. Boy, was she hungry.
((That would be after the incident with Isaac))

She walked into the Great Hall holding Hearton's hand acompanied by Glory. They walked over to the Ravenclaw table and took their seats not far from Rhiana, she waved at her and then looked back at Ory. "I hope this is fast, Im starving and that chicken has my name all over it!" she said as she barley moved her wand and a chicken leg had the letters 'T-O-R-I-A' appear across it. She giggled and looked around. "Goodness, some of those kids have grown." she stated.
Hearton laughed quietly at her name on the chicken. She loved playing with her food and he knew she was really tired, it was when she was tired that she goofed off the most. So spelling her name on a chicken leg ment she was pretty tired. He couldn't wait for the food either though, so he agreed with the hoping sorting didnt take too long. "Just divide them in 4's and say which house they go in." he mumbled.
She heard Hearton's mumble. She handed him a few Bertie Bots beans to help tied him over. He nodded.
