Each student will find their way to Platform Nine and three quaters, by running through the pillar between 9 and 10. Then they will find themselves amongst many other busy students boarding the train. Embarrasingly each parent is likely to give their sobbing goodbyes, and I'll miss yous, or "did you pack enough underwear" speech.
Aboard the train you will find many compartments with groups of students inside. Sometimes you'll find groups of certain houses, or years together, other times there'll be a mixture. But for many first year's it's their time to meet new people.
The trainride lasts a long time, but you're expected to be in your school robes before they arrive at hogwarts.

*Jc got on the train after saying goodbye to her parents. She had the worst last week before school, 'thank god I get to go back.' she thought. The last thing that happened between her and her brother, wasn't that great when they got home. She wouldn't tell her dad why she calls her brother Isaac the name that she hated. She headed towards the Prefect Carriage to get her orders from her cousin who was Head Girl, and who ever was Head Boy, then to go and find some of her fellow 6th year Gryffindors.*
((I just realized that I'm the only 6th year Gryffindor, actually I'm only one of what? Three or five?))

Sleana walk on the train and went to the Head Girl carriage. She sat down and open a book to read.

Alexa and dexter showed up on the platform "you ready for another day at hogwarts " she asked as someone took her stuff.

*Dexter looked over at Alexa, the last week at his house was quite pleasant with Alexa there. He took a deep breath knowing that he was going to be living in the same place for the next 9 months with Jc there too. Also Isaac drifted into his mind, and sent shivers up his back knowing what was in store for him once he saw him again.*
"Yea I'll be as ready as I ever am."
*He gave his mom a hug goodbye and got on the train.*

Isaac hadn't spoken since his family left Diagon Alley, his father kept threatening to not letting him go to school. But Isaac knew that was an empty threat. He then climbed onto the train "Oh shoot... I have to be in that stupid prefect thing..." Why was he chosen to be a prefect? It was probably because he was an example of what Slytherins stood for, cunning, Proud, pure of blood, and so much more. He wasn't so sure if he liked it. But he was what he was now. He then made his way into the prefect compartment, really wishing to be some where else instead.

((how rote had Dex already with Alexa, me and Crystal were already talking about it earlier. lol I thought that it was funny. Also Crystal I loooooooooove you playing the parents, esp. Harry even though he was my old chara. lol stressed ))
*Dexter's heart skipped a beat, Jc didn't see him but it didn't matter. Her dad did see him and gave him an evil look.*

"that's a good idea" she said and saw an empty compartment the one they had the previous 2 years. "what is it with us and this compartment" she said and walked in and sat down.

Alexa sat there looking out the window thinking about what might happen this year at hogwarts between dexter and jc and isaac and herself *this will be very intresting* she thought to herself and moved a lock of red hair out of her face.

Rhiana arrived at King's Cross ready for her new year. After crossing through the barrier, she stowed her trunk and Hephaestus' carrier, grabbed her small bag of books, and went to find a compartment to sit in.
In the hallway she spotted a girl who looked to be about her age. When the girl turned and looked at her, Rhiana dropped her books. Blushing, she bent to pick them up. That's the girl from Diagon Alley, she thought. I wonder what she's like?
