I haven't seen it in any of the episodes, unless I have a bad memory. It might be from the OVA. Again, I'm not sure.

Actually that's from one of the games that is in Japan. It hasn't been released in North America yet and I'm not sure if it WILL be released here.

It's from the game FMA Carnival thingy...Hagaren Dream Carnival,yeah,that.I've beaten that game too.
