DO you mean you want to make a thread and I edit it and make it into an annoucement for you? Or you want a subform for user annoucements?

Neither You know when you go to the fourms page and you see the little user anouncements on the right side of the screen that say stuff like "Blahs four million dollar latto" and then say something about it and when you click on it you go to the thread.
