Small and modest and full of stuff. The house lies on the outskirts of town, just past the forest border. There are many wards and random booby traps on it it keep unwanted visitors (aka anybody) out while he's away.

Dachariah had stood staring out at the blankness of the town al morning, and he really had shopping to do.
"Damnit..." he sighed, irritated. He nudged through some books on the table, finding one he was pleased with and left his house to shop.

"Ah, kind sir, you are correct in my boldness." he sighed, "I assume it very rude of me to accept your hospitality if I do not even know your name." He fumbled a bit as he walked with out his second eyes, but made it better than some. "So might I ask what your name is?" He tripped a bit and his hand landed on the other's shoulder to counter balance himself.

He tensed immediately at the hand on his shoulder. No one really touched him unles he wished it. He wasn't sure if he wished it now.
"Dachariah," he said calmly as he ignored for the moment the hand on him and unlocked the door to his house, "my name is Dachariah."
He pushed the door open and led the way inside.
Books were piled everywhere, creating a maze through the house. The light was dim and yellow, making the place seem a bit abandoned. The room where they stood had a little couch in it, but it wasn't easy to get to. Dach stopped and tapped his foot.
"That won't do, will it?" He made a sweeping gesture and hundreds of books flew across the room and piled themselves neatly on the other side, revealing the couch. He turned to Morgan. "I don't have a room for you..." he disappeared into the hallway for a moment. He came back with a pillow and a blanket and a nagging feeling at the back of his mind. "You can take mine. I'll stay out here." He dropped the things on the couch. "I hardly have used it anyway."

"You have already done so much. I am thankful for that." He set his bags down neatly next to the couch, "Dachariah, hmm? That is a very strong name." He nodded to himself and stood there, looking at his bags.
"So you must read a lot, tell me what are they all about?" He stopped looking at his bags and began to look at the titles of the books in the corner. His mind wasn't wandering to anywhere in preticular and he was genuinely interested in what the man had to say.
He paused and glanced backwards, his hazel eyes examining the other.

He shrugged, leaning back against the wall. he glanced back at Morgan.
"They're lives, stories, histories...everything." He had been looking off in the distance, but now his eyes flicked up at his guest, hooded and stormy. "They are the only things I can stand to be around for lengthy periods of time...and them me..." he looked back at his possesions and raised a hand. "All but this one," the corner stirred and a tattered old leather bound book floated slowly to his hand. The cover was worn and the title was all but rubbed off. "This one and I...have a very complicated relationship." He touched the cover gently.
"I must say, however...I think...I think that I would rather recollect a life mis-spent on fragile things than spent avoiding moral debt..." he trailed off and walked suddenly to the couch and sat down abruptly on it.

Morgan glanced at the title but saw nothing. "What is it the book explores?" he asked, tilting his head to look down at the sitting man. Why had this man taken him in? He seemed so secretive, so alone...
Morgan moved to sit at the other end of the couch, his eyes did not land on Dach but on the book the other was holding. "What moral debt is it you speak of?"

Dach stayed silent a moment more and shook his head to clear it. He shot a look at Morgan, a little angry.
"Those for which they suffer." he leaned back and propped his feet up on a pile of books at his feet. He set the book, almost lovingly, down beside him. "Read it if you wish. Read them all, if it pleases you." He shrugged. "Who knows, maybe they'll like you better."

Morgan looked slightly confused by what Dach said. But he nodded when the man said he could read them. This interested him emmensely. "I would be honoured if you allowed me such a thing. I do enjoy reading so." He did not move to pick the book up, though, but studied Dach instead. Something intrigued him about this man, besides the mystery, but he decided he shouldn't press to much.

Dach sighed loudly and glanced to one almost completely obscured window.
"The sun's rising..." he closed his eyes a moment and tried to quiet the voices in his head. Most were annoyed that he had let a stranger into his house, but some were excited by it, and some were even incredibly amused by the whole situation. There was only one who kept piping up and voicing a very loud and influential opinion about things Dach hadn't considered in years.
He rubbed his temples irritably and rose up to make coffee. Or tea. Or something. He hadn't decided yet.

"Indeed it is." He looked out, the light peering over. He yawned a bit. He had not been tired untile he realized the night was over. He glanced back at Dach how had closed his eyes and smiled a moment.
With a quick movement, Morgan stood and made his way towards the window to watch the sun. The golden light pour in through the tiny hole and lit his face and hair. His glasses were still missing, but he could feel the warmth the sun produced, even in this early light.

Dach poked his head around the corner and stared at Morgan. He raised an eyebrow. People just didn't smile in his house. This was all too weird. He shook his head again, telling the little voice to shut the hell up, and went back into the kitchen.
"Professor. I'm not calling you that anymore, sounds like I have a tutor in my house or something, Morgan?" He pushed books off the table and rummaged for sugar. "Coffee? Tea?"

"Morgan is fine," he said at first thinking a moment about the question posed. He turned back to the window one last time to catch a glimpse of the fading pink then went towards the table. "Either is fine also. I enjoy both and prefer neither at the moment."
He yawned again, then spoke. "Is there anything I can do to help?" He looked about. There were so many books, it was like... a dragon's den to a dwarf. He smiled more.

He rolled his eyes and took an other mug from the air and filled it with tea and sending it out to Morgan. he heard the yawn but didn't comment. Morgan would have gone to sleep if he had wished it already. At least, Dach would have. And he probably would soon.
He went back and leaned against the doorway into the kitchen, sipping his tea. "So, Morgan...what is it you're really seeking?"

Morgan scooped the tea form the air, amazed by even the litle things. "Knowledge of course. Isn't any man? I want to know... everything I can." He drank the tea thankfully. His hazel eyes returned back to Dach. What a curious man. "You don't completely trust my intentions, do you? Well then... I will tell you. I want... to find a channeler... I want to experiance... these amazing abilties. I have devouted my life to promote a world where we can live together...."
