Quacia (Submerged Village and Spaceport)


This village is only accessible by submarine or to aquatically-suited individuals. People who can't breathe underwater aren't too welcome, although they will be given useful apparatus. It's remote and very independent. It also has a special force of warriors to beat off attacks from sea creatures, as well as an airlock facility for access to another docking bay.
