This is place where I'm going to tell you of the different kinds of Angels. If your still confussed over such things here I recommend getting books by a authoress named Sylvia Browne. ^_^
Oh and if you want we can talk about the Phyla of Angels and what each dose for us.
Lets start with the most common one, simply called Angel. Their animal totem corrisponds to the Seagull. Their element is the sun and the gem is the pearl. White wings have silver tips or you could say the wings themselfs are outlined in silver and the feathers are white.
Such as each angel, these have a purppose to us. They are asigned to us as protectors and also to clear the phobia's and fears that dwell in our hearts.
Now I am going to clear one thing up over Angels that people don't seem to get, they are not and never were human beings. They are more perfect then a human being could ever be or obtain perfect knowledge such as thus that they recive. But it dosen't mean we can help others after death, we can still help our family by becoming Spirit Guides or reassuring them that we are there with them with small nuances.
Also, the Angels that are constantly with God, whom wield swords, do not weild them to kill us nor do they weild them for any ill will. They use them like a sponge, to soak up the bad negativity that, however, is only a small part of there being here. The largest part for those types will be explained later on in another post I do for Phyla of Angels.

Okay, now that I have my own subforum for all this Angel stuff lets begin with the second Phyla of Angels, shall we? ^_^
The second group is called the ArchAngels. Their totem animal is the wolf because of its swiftness in any kind of actions they do. Rain is the element, but its special. I know I'm comferted by the rain when I'm sad or depressed, the rythem of the rain also puts me to sleep. It feels like someone watches over me, being a good mother. The stone is aquamarine, though rain is clear and even parts of the ocean blue is usually the color for water. There wings are white with blue tips or they can be outlined in blue, either is a good indication of which Phyla they belong to.
There purpose/s are to be messangers and or carry the green septor of healing. Thir function is a great one for us, when were depressed or we can't grasp on to anything, they are our hope. The shinning star the rbightens the pitch black skies above. When you have problems in beliving in anything, pray to the ArchAngels or to God, he will send them or if you talk with them directly they will come to you.
Also as a side note, if you have a human spirit Guide and they ntoice your introuble they'll go to the other side asking for assitance.
As far as Angels never being human, people tend to think they have many emotions but they don't. Yes, they love us because God loves all and it is through Angels, Spriit Guide (both animal and human), but they also have a duty to fulfill. Once done they go on to another mission, in otherwords, Angels live for the mission, much like a soilder in the army lives to protect the US. They have feelings of love, but other then that, they have none. Like in my first post, Angels are perfect because they were made by God, that means they don't have alot of emotions.

The next Phyla of Angels is pretty self-explanitory just by the name.
Cherubim, the little children like Angels who have small delacite wings, they come in multitudes, thousands upon thousands of them. Their totem is the canary because of its beatiful song and soft nature. The element they have is different from nature, its Music. Quartz is their stone.
These child like Angels have white wings with rose tips or they can appear to be outlined in a soft rose color. Their purpose is Jouyous Singing and they help us out with insomnia.
The next Phyla of Angels has the same credentals as Cherubim, the only difference is Seraphim help us out with insomnia.
These singers of Joy, singers of the Heavenly Choir given to us by God help us with the everyday things. Once you've heard both Cherubim and Seraphim, you will be at peace with yourself. You will get warm in the chest area where the heart is located and you might be moved to tears by the heavenly sound.
Everyone has a gift because God granted us such. I want to make this clear that Angels show themselfs to us and to be nice to strangers; who knows it might be an Angel, they do come to earth and not in all the feathery flory some people think of. They come in human guises to help us along when the time is right or if something happens thats not supposed to in our books in the large library in Heaven, then they interven to help right it. (by the way I've seen the large Library, I went there in a dream and man was it HUGE! O.O)

Onto the next Phyla, which are the Powers.
Lets see, the totem is the Falcon, a very respected bird among some. I find their element to be quite lovely, which is the moon. I'm not sure if its the moon itself or the moons light that they pull energy from. ^_^
The emerald is the stone, a dark green which I find very pretty. The wings are white with green tips or their person is outlined in green. The purpose is to heal, belive they are the one who wrapp their wings around you for the healing, I have not yet questioned which Angel it was that has healed me. At the time I thought it wasn't importtant. redface
Last, the function is Peace, you know keeping the peace for people and trying to keep it that way.

Alrighty, the next Phyla of Angels. These are the Angels that not alot of people come into contact with, their still helping us but in a ninja kind of stealth way, Carrions. Of course when you think of the birds, eaither the bald carrion comes to mind or in this case their totem is the Raven.
The element they have is the wind because it helps the totem to fly as well as they. Opal would be their stone, and the wings are white with orange tips or they can be outlined in orange.
The purpose of these Angels is carriers of dark entities, they don't dispose of them but take them into custidty, like a policemen would take a drunkered into custidty. The function they serve is fate.

Updating on the Angel Phyla, its been awhile since I even updated anything so here I go! ^O^
Next up comes the Vertus, this reminds me of a book my dad has called the Book of Vertus. In it are many stories about people and demons who have done right and gained indight or have done wrong, but also have gained insight and taught others the lesson.
Thier totem is the Dove, a lovely creator who is small and white, its color represents purety just as the mythical beast the Unicorn dose. Beautiful creators.
These Angels flow by because their elemnt is the water, when it rains you should take time to sit still and enjoy it for these Angels have sent the rain for you to enjoy.
The crystal/stone they have is silver which corrisponse to their wings tips, all silver wings with blue tips or their outlined in silver and blue.
These guys are very important to us and our spirit guide because they help us plan out our life charts for the next life to come when we are reincarnated.
And let us not forget our Morals, that little voice in your head is an Angel or most likely you arguing with yourself about whats right and wrong, but they help us to decide some times which is really the wrong or right path to take.

Alrighty nits time once again for another Phyla! ^_^
Next come the Dominions, thier totem is a large cat one I adore, the Cougar. Reminds me of when I was little and whent to schooln cause I was a cotoctian cougar. *smiles*
Their element is Earth, the lovely ball of water and soil.
The stone is a very deep red and very lovely, a bloodstone. I've seen one only once but it is lovely even though it has a sort of grotesk name. =p
The wings are all white with maroon tips or they can be glowing white and maroon. The only wings I ever saw were just plan white but thats just me, ^_^
They are the overseers of good, and when you do good they also record your deeds along side those good things you did on earth. They keep a record of each person, I wonder how many books they have now? oO
Strength is their function, the strength that helps us carry on after something bad happened or the strength to help others to carry on or even just to help a family member out of a bad situation. Strength helps us all in a tight pinch and these Angels give us the strength and courage we need.
