Ok, here's what is I'm going to ask of you all. I need all of your first born sons....

I need your first born sons to raise an unstoppable army. Let me know the gender when you or your wife becomes pregnant and if it's a girl, you can keep it but the boy is mine. After the child is born it will be directly given to me and I will asign him a number.
Once the child is given a number my high trained staff of Panda nurses will care for and train your son from birth to obey and conquer.
I will make you proud of your children.
First born daughters must be trained to become medical and stealth specialists at the age of 16.
Second born children, and all those that follow, of either gender may have their parents enlist them in our science and space programs but is not manditory.
I aim to at least 5 million strong by the end of 2020 so you all better get started making me some babies.
