I wasn't entirely sure as to where to put this...
So I hope this is the right place.

Do you believe in spirit guides? have you tried to contact yours? have you had any type of experiences you'd like to share about you and your spirit guide?
I've tried to contact my spirit guide before. I cut her off though, since I got scared. Either that, or I was going crazy. I don't know. x_o; Blah.

I do believe in spirit guides. It's not for sure. But I believe them to be maybe one's guardian angel. They protect us pyshically and mentally.

deadmanjake Everyone has more than one spirit guide. To name a few types: Gate Keeper, which is the spirit guide who decided who lets contact you, and if a person giving you a message, will be able to do it accurately. There are a lot of "mediums" who have no fing clue as to what they are doing. Then there are those who think they are experts, which means, they think they have nothing else to learn. But if that were the case, they would not be on the physical realm. There is also the joy guide. The teacher. You can have one or more protecters. There are many other types.

Also, you do not need candles, incense, tarot, numerology, astrology, or any of that other stuff to deal with spirits, good or bad. All you have to do to keep away the bad is to trust in your GateKeeper. Before meditation, ask your gatekeeper to only let in the brightest and the best. also helps to do it before you go to bed at night.

i dont know who mine are/is
i'm not sure if it only heard him once or what, cause i never heard anything again. it was clear as someone just talking in your ear. it sounded kind of like my dad. who is alive btw XD i just used my dads voice as an example.
didnt scare me, just surprised me. so now i dont know if i have one or not. Sylvia Brown says everyone eventually gets a guide.

Sylvia Brown says everyone eventually gets a guide. Everyone is born with multiple guides who can change in and out as you grow older. Sylvia Brown is not the expert she claims to be. She confuses more people with all her new age bullcrap and fortune telling than actually helps them learn about communication with spirit. BTW: You have a man of average height, name of Henry or Harry. Dressed in a business suit. Look through family albums and you may see him.

Hmm...I don't think I've met any of my actual spirit guides. There's one spirit I run into a lot in dreams and meditation, but I never saw him as a guide...maybe he is one. Don't have his name.
However, I've run into one of my totem animals, the butterfly, quite frequently. And I've established a pretty good connection to an angel whose name he gave me as 'Alec'. I know that's not his true name...because the name he tried to give me I couldn't pronounce. And even then I doubt it's his real name. He can be a pain, but he's pretty cool most of the time.
