Turns out that Anime Festival Orlando has a MySpace account.

This is geat to know about because the website managment team is kind of known for not being on the ball about things.

(As it turns out they were handling pre-regs through the myspace site for a while)

hmm... good to know. Thanks for the info. I wouldnt worry about the registrations though... they do handle them on the site and I've never been made aware of a problem. So just for scam safety (because Im a little too paranoid on occasion), I'd rather promote the actual site as opposed to the myspace.

Well considering one of the Wasabi Anime "producers" who seems to be definitely in the know [and planning] of AFO is now a member of the guild, I'm sure we'll be able to verify stuff quickly enough to prevent problems.

There's also another big AFO promoter [as in always on staff] running the official thread in the convention forum. ^^;;;

Point being, we can always verify the info. If nothing else I can tag one of the directors directly. biggrin
