Hey guys!
I felt a need to post a list of rules and tasks for you all so you know what it is I am asking you to do, and also so you can give me any comments or feedback about the jobs you are being asked to do, if they are too much, not enough etc.

As MODs you are required to

1. Make sure our Guild and its members dont break the Gaia TOS.
2. Make sure people are civil and respectful.
3. Help make the guild a better place by making suggestions and Ideas.
4. Mark any inappropriate posts/threads (lock and change the title to -targeted for destruction- or delete the inappropriate post/thread)

Your Jobs are
1. To take care of your Team thread (along with team leader if you aren't already the team leader)
2. Update your team membership roster when people apply for membership (this also applies to the Team Games main thread)
2a. Notify ZeroDomo of any new members to your team asap so he can add them to the mailing list.
3. Keep up to date on your Team Game
3a. this means keeping count of cookies here in your game MOD thread in the MOD sub forum so Eiryn can Update cookie counts in the Main Team Games thread.
3b. Updating your Team Game by at least the first week of every month.
4. Reporting here at least 1 time a week to see if there are any requests or help you may be able to give, and also to show that you are active in your duty (this also helps attract people to your team and keeps the guild active).
5. If you have any problems reporting or need time off then to notify Eiryn here in this thread ASAP so he can take over your duties.
6. If you have any problems at all please talk to me/us about them so that we can resolve the issue!
7. Keep your team members happy and if possible active!
8. Check if any new members wish to join the guild when you think of it.
9. Advertise the guild if possible.
10. Enjoy being a MOD as much as possible!

As MOD's I rely on you to help make this place spiffy and fun! I also rely on you all as friends because I really appreciate all that you have done so far! you have made my life here alot easier and have been more than helpfull with everything that you have done! I constantly hear good things about the guild and about each one of you and the work that you do. You should all be proud of what we have achieved here so far!

Job for Zero Domo. I updated the team members list in the Guilds and in the team game Posts, so now you can check your Mailing list to make sure that all the Team members are on your mailing list.

Actually I was just checking that! we must be linked psychicly or something, well I just Added a fair few requests for friends from people.

Anyone who rejects Being on the mailing list.. Should I PM them and ask if they want to be taken out of the guild / guild games?

I am beginning to get a little bit frustrated with the mods.. I have not had anyone report in to this thread in over a month.
Also I have noticed that people are ignoring their home team thread! people are asking to JOIN your TEAM.. and then they have to wait.. do you think this makes them think they are joining an active team?
Also I notice that many team games are running behind for the month..

COME ON PEOPLE!! just lift yourself a little bit more. I know its hard to get things done, but I really do not ask much of you! and I always say.. IF you cant do it then let me know..

.:salutes:. I'm sorry sir, but some of us have problems and matters that come up. I just got grounded again today and I'm not supposed to be on this entire week. So now I have to cheat the grounding again just to tell everyone that I'm not logging on. D: It's a vicious cycle sir. Then there is the matter of family sir. The only reason I'm grounded this week is because my grandparents want to make sure that I work my a** off for them. Please forgive me and my lack of duties, but it is becoming harder to log on lately due to too many family issues. I wish I could fix it, but there are just some things that take time sir.

well I am honestly thinking of stripping some people of their title as MOD because they are just not keeping up with everything.. and I am constantly having to fill in the gaps..

This weekend I am going to be updating cookies (although I have to make sure that I get saturday off.. otherwise I might not have time) so please make sure that your cookie count for your games is all up to date here..

I know the chocobo races is a long long game to organise! I am gratefull that you are patient! keep up the good work! heart

Mizu.. well not much I can say that is bad.. just make sure you remember to check your team thread for new members.. Otherwise you are keeping everything up to date as far as I can tell!! heart

Glassy.. you now have total control over your own team game (moomba moments) you can choose who wins the final bunch of cookies, just remember to post in the mod squad forum who got what ammount of cookies! and you are doing great with your helping and your doing and stuffs too! heart

ALSO PEOPLE! I have noticed that there is a decrease in numbers for team CHOCOBO and - not so much but still not many in team TONBERRY.. If at all possible could we advertise those two teams a bit more? to help boost numbers in those teams? Or if possible be a bit more active in these two team's threads?

being here means being here every now and again and making a post somewhere.. or *points upwards* just pop-ing in to see if there is anything that needs doing in this post.. As for helping glassy, can you PM him and ask him what he wont be able to do now that he is semi-banned from the computer, and possibly help out with those jobs he cant do?

glassy is [8]-Bit Commando xd but I get the feeling that things might be ok now.. Im not sure.. PM him anyways.. If things are ok then you can take over chocobo races for a bit while Furryland is away xd hehe.. you are just going to LOVE being the extra guy Jaymes xd
