I was wondering if anyone else was getting the paperback when it comes out in July? I want to get it cus I've been dying to read it. Been having cravings like crazy but can't afford the hard cover and the ones at the library are always checked out. crying Also I'm afraid of germs anyways. Haha. I coulda downloaded it, but then I couldn't lay in bed as I read it. So I'm looking forward to finally getting myself a copy. *squeals with delight*

You're right to wait for the paperback, hard as it is - the hardcover was very heavy and ackward to read, especilly if you wanted to read it in bed!

Yeah I absolutely LOVE reading in bed. smile Hardcovers are pricey. I think the hard covers are more or less for collecting than anything else. Which is why it's good to wait for paperback for the readable version. 3nodding

I have all 6 books in hardcover because its the only time of books I get. My parents will have nothing to do with Harry Potter and my grandparents buy the books for me. I have a paperback of the first book because my friend left it at my house and I haven't seen her since.

I may buy the paperback adult UK version if I can find it, just as to have the advance potions book cover.
I wouldn't have been able to wait a year to read the book. I had to wait a week and I was already desperate.

I usually get the books in hardcover when they come out. I couldn't live without it for another year!
The only one I have in paperback is Philosopher's Stone, because I didn't start reading them until the second one came out, and I wasn't a huge fan at the very beginning, so I my dad just got a copy. And now the front pages are a little curled, so I definitely prefer the hardcovers, even if they are more expensive. They come on on the release date and the front pages can't curl!
