Guidelines
- Our motto is "One family, One thread" so please try and get along.
Read this thread everytime it's updated to know of all guild news.
Be respectful to other members. If you're disrespectful to anyone inside the guild you'll be warned and if you're an Honor you'll get the ol' kick in the arse with a wet muckluck.
Do not use netspeak (ex: lolz how r u 2day?)
Let's try to use proper punctuation and grammar. Start with capitals and end with periods.
Strikes
Strikes are for people who do not follow guild Guidelines. (ie: Fighting, disrespect, arguements that get out of hand, etc... ) The offender will be given a strike and their name put on the Strike list on the Members post on this page. If a member receives three strikes, they will be permanently banned from The Kindreds Guild. surprised
Strikes last only a month. However, if another strike is called on a member, the month will restart from that point on. 3nodding
Only the guildmasters may call strikes. If you would like to report misbehavior, state the page URL, the incident, and names of the people involved to Kineyas or Jiyu. They and The Seven will look at how to deal with the situation and whether or not it merits a strike.
The Council
The Council is made up of a few members who pass judgement on the Honors. Whether an Honor may join an Order or not, is up to The Council and the guildmasters, so respect them. domokun
The Seven
The Seven are the helpers and peacekeepers of the guild. They are here to help the Guildmasters, and The Council with guild events. If intollerable behavior takes place within the guild, The Seven can also reccomend strikes.
The Honors
An Honor is a group in which a person is given a span of time to prove their worth to the Guild. During this time you are expected to participate within the guild and attempt to get along with the members. This will affect the decision on whether you get to stay in the guild or not. The Council and Guildmasters will the decide if an Honor is fit for the guild or not. Guild members MAY recommend people to be put in the Honors.
Only 10 Honors at a time.
Each Honor member has at least a week before judgement.
Honors may only join orders if they have passed judgement.
