Halarious. It's so funny. I love Guy, how he's convinced that he's gonna die, but at the end when everyone is shot, he's the only one who doesn't get shot >.< Yeah. Plus, it's unique. I love the idea of this world being based on a show because (since the show didn't make sence) things on the ship didn't have to make sence and it didn't damage the Movie's integerdy. Plus, not many sci-fi stuff purely a comody such as Galaxy Quest.

i just watched this movie again for the first time in a long time. even tho it's cheesy, i really like it. it's so funny, all the parodies they make to star trek and all the time they're remembering stuff that happened in their own episodes that they're now really having to face. pretty funny. plus, did you know that they guy who plays Ethan Rayne on Buffy (Giles' college buddy that turns out to be bad and gives the scoobies a heck lot of trouble off and on) is the evil alien guy (who's name i forget). ooh, and the guy who plays Monk on TV is one of the main characters too, the guy that falls in love with the alien girl.

really? I knew about monk, but not Ethan! Way cool. OH, and Mathazar (sp?) was played by the guy who's the dad in Veronica Mars.
Yeah, it is kind of cheesy, but i think it was supposed to be like that.

ZOMG! Galaxy Quest ROCKS!!! biggrin
I heart Guy- just thinking of him makes me giggle 4laugh
I heard a hilarious quote from an actor, Joe Flanigan (Major John Sheppard) at the ComiCon this year he said that when they first presented with the idea of doing the show- he invited the cast to his place for dinner and they watched "Galaxy Quest" and he said afterward "... I didn't know if I wanted to laugh or cry." ROFL! rofl
