Adela walked through the mall, but try as she might, she couldn't find that dang computer store. Where the heck was it? After finding the plans left by her long-dead crewmate Jukot, she had decided to build a miniature multi-use device, so she could give her home an upgrade. But she still needed a clean floppy disk so she could insert self-created programs. It was annoying that the computer store seemed to disappear when she wasn't--there it was! Right between Macy's and Ltd Too. How could she have missed it. She entered, and saw that they had a sale on PS2 games.

Jason was currently in the mall and at the computer store looking through the games with his hands in his pockets.

(Back for a while.)
Adela watched as Jason looked at the games, then she went to see if there were any floppy disks. What luck! She found a whole box of them. Checking the price tag, she nodded. She had enough for 1, with a few dollars left over for a game. She went to look at the PS2 games.

He turned and looked at Adela but turned back to the games. "Hm...nothing I want."

Adela finally selected a game called Bots: The First Tomorrow. She went to the register and paid for it, then walked out, hoping she'd be able to find a new outfit next door at Ltd Too. Strangely enough, she happened to see Jason looking around. She shook herself, and went to look at the blouses.

Jason sighed and left the store without buying anything and went next door looking at the outfits. "Wish I had someone to actually be with..." he said quietly.

Adela bent over, and a loud electronic noise came from her right knee. She sighed, and murmured "I must have forgotten to oil it again." She removed a few blouses, then entered the changing room. She tried on a few blouses before realizing that she wasn't alone. A little boy had gotten in, and was staring at her strangely. Oddly enough, the little boy's eyes looked somewhat like glass. Adela shooed him out, not knowing he was about to cause trouble.

He turned over to the changing room and saw a girl having problems with a boy. "Uh..." he watched them quietly.

As Adela put her shirt back on, she heard a loud crash coming from outside. Then there was a scream. Putting on her shirt quickly, she peeked out, then threw the door open. The little boy was standing in front of a woman, and his hand--it had turned into a chainsaw. The kid was a robot! It had obviously come to terminate other robots, as it scanned the woman, then released her.

He jumped back staring at the boy and the chainsaw, what was going on. Was the boy a robot? And why was he doing that.

"You! Kid!" Adela yelled. "What the heck do you think you're doing? Aren't you too young to wield a chainsaw?"
"Actually," said the boy, in a voice dripping with sweetness. "I merely am obeying my Father. He asked me to find the Tarot and terminate them. I sense you may be one. Prepare to be terminated." The kid sprang towards her.
Adela tapped her nails, and her force field turned on. The kid was thrown back against the wall.
"Like that even hurt." He went back towards her.
