Note for everyone:
There will never be a second season. The anime was a teaser for the manga, recieved appalingly low ratings in Japan because was just a plain childish and cute shoujo. It didn't represent the series at all so fans hated it after seeing how dark the actual series was.
Takaya and Daichi don't want to continue, it would take a lot of work they don't want to put in for something that is going to get bad ratings.

I think the only reasno it was able to become so popular here was because it was released two years before the manga. In Japan they'd gotten to about vol 10 by which time it was becoming increasingly dark and people liked that.

I liked the anime too, but if I had to choose, the manga is definately better.

I wish there was a season 2 so I don't miss out volume 7 and beyond rolleyes Since the library only has 6 volumes of Furuba. Or, if only I was rich enough, I could purchase more Furuba volumes on the WHSmith site. Or ask the library to order it for me, but I'm already asking for the 6th book of The Mediator by Meg Cabot rolleyes
However, the anime does miss out some parts of the manga, for example the movie that Kyo, Yuki, Kagura and Tohru went to watch on a double date in the cinema in volume 3 3nodding Haha, Mogeta the last crusade rofl

there's no 2nd season, it's both a good thing and i bad thing i mean the anime was horrible but it's a great manga and there's a part later on that i would love to see in the anime.
(It's the part when Tohru and Kyo Kiss!!! i wish i could see that ina the Anime!!!!)
I think that the Manga has 22 Vols (there might be more now)
