Hello, diary! It's nice to have a new diary to tell things to. I hope we get to know each other well!
So, what should I tell you about me, diary? Well, my name is Ume Kondou (近藤 梅), and I guess I'm a pretty average girl. I'm medium-height, I dye my hair blonde, and I adore cute things, like animals, and plushies, and other such things.
I live in Tokyo now, but I didn't used to. I've been to a lot of cities! I guess that's mostly because I get expelled from a lot of schools for delinquency. But it isn't my fault, honest! I can't help it that my classmates have such pretty, shiny things. Even some of the teachers, too. And sometimes I just can't resist adding them to my collection. They start calling to me, and the more I try to ignore them, the more insistent they get that I should pick them up, pay attention to them...
So, anyway... I travel a lot. Only, I like to travel; it's very exciting. But, I was thinking I would try to stay here in Tokyo for a while. It's a huge city, with so much to see and do. I might even try enrolling into school again, while I can still do it without looking foolish. I'll need to get a job, and an apartment. Maybe I can find a restaurant job. I might even get some free food!

Masaya - When I heard about something crashing in the sea on the news, I went to the beach to help out, and met him. He seems nice, but we only just met. He knows what he's doing when it comes to clean up, and he didn't mind me keeping some of the shinies!

Since you'll be spending so much time in my knapsack with all my other stuff, I guess I should tell you what else is in there. Later, if I get more things, I'll let you know about that, too, okay? Oh, and a list of all the interesting things I... came across and decided to keep.
