Ok i'm a big fan of finding a song that i think goes with a show of anykind...for any certan charater. Share your thoughts on this and what songs you have found that makes you think of a part in the show or just a character and all that they have been through.
Don't forget to also tell who sings the song, and any other information, just incase someone want to go out an listen to it themselfs.

I completely understand where you're going with this question.
I have soooo many songs in my head that make me think of characters. But the one that sticks out in my head is "My Immortal" buy Evanesence.
I even wrote a journal entry on it because I couldn't stop thinking about how Buffy felt at the end of Season 3 into Season 4. Here we go.....(I'm going to copy and paste now)

A Letter From Buffy....
Hello All, I'm going to be sending you guys a link to my journal so you can read this... A few months back I heard a song that made me think of Buffy soooo much. And I kept thinking that it was a perfect description of how she feels. The following is a "diary entry" that could have been from her...based on the lyrics of this song...which will follow the Buffy writing. Enjoy!

Dear Diary,
I hate being here, even though I have Xander and Will, it's just not the same. I feel even more alone than ever. I knew he had to leave....but he's still here. I see him everywhere I go. Yesterday I thought I saw him in the Bronze...then when I was patrolling, there he was in the graveyard. He's everywhere, and he won't leave me alone. Mom says time heals all wounds, I don't want to wait. I just want him to come back and fill this void he left in me. We went through so much together. Hell, I even killed him and he came back. We were always there for eachother, even when we didn't want to be. When he was crying, trying to kill himself I was there. When he was afraid and dying from stupid Faith I was there to fight away his fear. For three years we were so much a part of eachother...and now he's gone. And in this emptiness that I am confined to, he still has all of me. He used to stop me in my tracks, I would look at him and all my doubt and fear would wash away. Now there is cold and darkness and a hole in my heart which no man can fill. I would be able to feel when he was near me, even when I can't see him, he is a part of me, we are a part of eachother and time and space will never change that. I can't even get through the night without him in my dreams. If I could have a dreamless sleep I would be better off...or not. I miss him more than words can say. I keep trying to convince myself that he's gone...and that he's never coming back. I've even tried to move on, trying to love again... but no one will ever make me feel as whole and complete as he did. I can't find the connection, the passion, everything we had with someone else. Every move I make, I know he is what drives me to keep trying, to keep fighting and even with the strength he gives me...I'm still alone. I always thought it would be him and I forever. Or at least as long of a forever as my mere mortal life can give. Sometimes I wonder if that is why he left me...if it was because I would eventually die, and he...won't. No, it can't be, what we have will last lifetimes...I just want him to come back to me...to come home and fill the emptiness that he created within my life and soul. There is just too much that even the longest stretch of time can erase from my memory. No matter how much I wish it to go away, the memories the feeling... No matter how much I just want it to stop hurting...I never truly want to forget him. My Angel...My Immortal.

*snuffles* You guys make me sad... So much music goes well with Buffy. Has anyone ever heard the english version of "Every Heart"? It kinda remindes me of Buffy's enternal problem with men =/

I don't have any songs like that, but I do have the BtVS album. My absolute favorite song on there is "Virgin State Of Mind" by K's Choice. That's the song played during Dopplegangland. It's just the coolest song ever. 3nodding 3nodding

I know that Spike / Buffy loved-up ness can cause contention, but this song makes me think of how Spike feels for Buffy every time I hear it.

I thought this song kinda went with everything that's always going on in Buffy/Angel ..apocalypses and bad things and people dying/whatnot.
