I considered it for a while, and decided that it isn't for me. I'm happy with my thing there, even though sometimes it's just annoying (specially when wearing fitting clothes, ew bulge xd )
I'm currently considering an orchideoctomy thing, which is where they literally cut your testicles off, and thus eliminates testoren production.... Which is nice, but also leaves you unable to have kids (i dunno about the sex part) which is fine by me, cuz i don't want kiddoes

Nah, I'm definitely not a transsexual. I love being a guy. I just also love being feminine.

How will eliminating testosterone production affect the body?

I'm skilled with the hormone questions (I have a Master in Biology) so I'll answer you.
The testosterone is produced by Leydig cells, which are located in the testicles, around the seminifer tubes (where the spz are produced). The hormone has several targets : the testicles themselves, to induce spz growth. Lots of body parts, like the muscles, the hair growing cells, and the larynx (especially when you grow up). About sex, testosterone is required for erection. It stimulates a little area in the brain, which commands the muscular cells that maintain the blood vessels in the p***s closed. When you have a testosterone surge (for example, when you see your girlfriend/boyfriend naked ) heart , the muscular cells get loose, and the vessel is opened : blood comes into your p***s and makes it growing. No testosterone= no erection.
Zadkiel, I advice you not to get orchidectomy. You'll have a lot of problems (including prostate one, which are really really problematic) and won't get any erection. You could try anti-testosteron treatment, but it'll have similar side-effects. In fact, to counteract testosterone effects without too much consequences, the best way is to take feminizing hormones (oestrogen, progesterone) You will keep your ability to become erect (allthough you'll need more stimulation, but ask your lover and I'm sure he/she'll stimulate you without hesitation twisted ) and you'll grow feminine features.
For better informations, ask a doctor, especially an endocrinologist. He'll be accustomed to such questions (they help transgender) and you'll do the treatment with really little risks (playing with hormones is dangerous : heart and vessels disease and cholesterol may occur)
Hope I've been helpfull (and ask if you want more explanation on a particular point)
Lady Deirdre
P.S : I'll never consider sex reassignement surgery. I like being a guy as much as being a girl, I'm really really happy to have a d**k, and my girlfriend wouldn't be happy at all. Besides, I want at least 3 children, so...

Wow, I didn't realize that an orchidectomy would pretty much eliminate sex drive. Thanks for the info because I've been seriously considering one.
Or could you still be stimulated with a regimen of female hormones including the orchidectomy?
