I post all of my work on ffnet under the same pen name [ link:

Why She LovedShe thought she had seen the radiance she sought in his eyes. He was perfect, ambitious, noble, even if he was a bit aloof. It took her a long time to learn that his aloofness was really coldness. It took her even longer to realize that his ambition was merely a thirst for vengeance that would only lead to his destruction. Perhaps her own eyes had shined so brightly when she looked into his, that she only saw a reflection of her own light. Nevertheless, there were instances where he would protect her, save her, and there would be that ethereal glow in his eyes that was his alone. But those moments end, and soon the holy light is gone and the shining knight turns into a wraith of who he might have been. She loved him for the man he almost was.
She swore she saw a spark in his eyes. He was a good protector. He always had been. But now his own guilt had consumed him. Too much he had taught the first, merely humored the other, and ignored her desperate thirst. And he knows all this now. But sometimes when they have their rare missions together and she manages a difficult jutsu that he taught her, she sees that luminosity. Other times, when he’s pretending to read his book but really staring into space just above the top of it, she sees that same flicker. But now she knows that it’s just a glimpse of the man that he knowingly hid away so many years ago. She loved him for the man he used to be.
He does not have a spark or a flicker. When she looks into his eyes, she almost has to look away from the brightness of the light that shines within them. It’s not an echo of the past or a reflection from her own eyes; it’s his own hope shining that is strong enough to match her own. He has been her constant, her steadfast strength through it all. His ambition did not come from a vendetta and he could not dwell on guilt and sorrow. He would be everything he strived to be because he would never give up and never give in. He gave her his heart willingly because her own had not been strong enough. Now she would give her heart to him in devotion to replace what he had lovingly given her. She loved him for the man he was and would always be.
End.A/N: Sasuke, Kakashi, and Naruto in that order. Her love for Kakashi was purely platonic, just for clarification.
