This was under the topic of "Inuyasha with Kikyo or Kagome?"

You know what? Inuyasha and Kikyo, forever. His first love, the one he sees whenever he looks at Kagome, he can never let Kikyo go, and he will always protect her (though he will also protect kagome as well, nasty--) Im sick of people saying "Inuyasha and Kagome they are soooooo cuuute together!" Thats really a stupid reason to support that couple. Kikyo and Inuyasha have a very complicated past, which is hard for Kagome and Inuyasha supporters to grasp. If Kagome was not Kikyo's reincarnation, Inuyasha would not love her. Its the cold hard truth. And let me redo this stupid little thing:

Why Kagome or Kikyou is better for him:
1. Kagome likes InuYasha the way he is, unlike Kikyou, whom wanted him to become human just so that they could be together and so that Kikyou wouldn't have to protect the jewel anymore.

LunarSong: ACTUALLY Kikyo did fall in love with the Demon Inuyasha, and she was merely suggesting that he turn human. So that they could stop fighting and live together in peace. She didnt force him to do anything. Inuyasha decided he would turn human for Kikyo.

2. Kikyou actually know how to fight and therefore can help InuYasha, but Kagome is learning so one day she will be able to as well.

LunarSong: Actually, Kagomes skills barley increase before the series is over... dont get me wrong, they increase, but barley.

3. Kagome is alive, therefore does not need InuYasha to die for her to be with him, unlike Kikyou, whom wants to drag him down to hell. But! If they wanted, they might be able to bring Kikyou back to life with the Shikon Jewel. (fat chance!)

LunarSong: Inuyasha is willing to die to be with Kikyo... its just something he has to do to make up for her losing her life over him. If Inuyasha is willing to go with Kikyo, dont you think your being a bit rash? Kagome is the one who is always controlling Inuyasha with the prayer beads.

4. Kikyou has class, whereas Kagome is a happy-go-lucky schoolgirl doing whatever.

First up, notice how they say "THESE people"? How LOW is that? And it's merely coincedental that the banners here resemble theirs. You often come across sites that share the same ideas as yourself, but that doesn't mean it's stealing. And even if the people that made those banners looked at their banners first, wouldn't they take the hint that the Kagome Haters are trying to mock them and succeeding? Some of the Kikyo haters are real bad sports, and they COMPLAIN alot too... kinda like ahem lets see here.... KAGOME! And I am not "s**t on a stick". I think someone just needs to pull a hair out of their own a**.

Reasons why I like Kikyou:

exclaim Kikyou's got HEART! Something Kagome still has to learn about.

exclaim Kikyou can defend herself! She doesn't have to rely on stupid jewels to get the man who loves her to listen to her!

exclaim Kikyou's a useful miko! Great reincarnation of Miko no Kikyou does what? Oh, that's right! Runs off and cries!

exclaim She's got self-respect! Somebody who goes off screaming from youkai's obviously doesn't have self-respect, especially when that someone has popped up twice naked in front of her crush.

exclaim Kikyou is mature! But of course! The common sense does come in! Kagome meanwhile runs straight up to a youkai, see's that it can kill her(Gah, they ALL can kill her) and then runs off again.

In the first Kikyo hate picture, it has the puppet saying "save me Naraku!" The puppet IS Naraku. It doesnt have a seperate mind from his own. They didnt even realize that! (hardcore Naraku fan) and thats why Im complaining lol.

Kagome does want InuYasha to change.In some episodes she sees other men/couples and thinks 'Gee,I wish InuYasha were more confident/kinder/less rude/stop eating ramen instead of my crappy cooking'...ect.

Here's an explanation I got once from a kagome-loving anti-kikyou.

"Kagome should be with Inuyasha because Kikyou's the PAST and Kagome's the FUTURE! See what I'm getting at?"

....No, I don't see where this girl's getting at, and this is very illogical. They should realize that Inuyasha is also the PAST and once Kagome completes her task she will eventually have to return to the future anyway...

I mean, if she actually stayed in the past for good, then it would completely alter the future now wouldn't it?
