So, I got my permit today, woo! Driving is so much fun, man. I loves it so much. cool I am so proud of myself.

A long time ago, in a faraway land (When I was 17) I had my first permit, but then mom's car got messed up and I couldn't take the driving test. sad But luckily now all I have to do is remember what I did know, and I'm good.

haha.. my permit expires early next month.
but i told my parents im not doing anything about it until i get to boston.
and ive been driving by myself since last october.
my friends know i have roadrage anyways.

do you still have your instruction manuals the instructors gave you? That should help for a refresher.
I didn't find getting my license to be that big a deal when I got it. I preferred bicycling, rollerblading or walking where I needed to go. I just made sure I had a lot of time that day to do it, hehehe.

Lol. I haven't taken driver's training yet, and I'm 16. Its not the fact that we don't have the money or I'm not 'resonsable'. Why spend the money on insurance, and gas money, when I either can take the GLTA for like 3 dollars(Its kinda like a tram or a bus where we live. Its mostly for old people, but old people tell the COOLest stories), Or hire a chauffeur? Or beg my BF for a ride. I mostly do that. But, I try to give 'em gas money when I have a spare 5 dollars X3.

I myself love driving, did when I first learned and still do. I get iritated with the people who tailgate me, trying to get me to go like 20 miles over the speed limit, and a few other things like that, but I just imagine them smashing into something due to their own stupidity, giggle, and my day is that much better lol. twisted Twisted, yes, but it keeps me from getting pissed off behind the wheel.

I'm a good driver, but can't drive myself until I get my full licence, which will be once I can afford to take more lessons and pay for the test for the fourth time...
((1st time was nerves
2nd time examiner was training someone and actually told me he was stricter than he would have been otherwise, and so had he been alone would have passed me...
3rd time, brother had nicked part of my licence, so had to sit test with head examiner of test centre, so he was harsh and failed me [which was ok until I found out three of my mates took their test there with 'normal' examiners, with the same (and in one case a couple more) minor faults (2/15 allowable), and like me made a slight error in a manouver which was enough to be major in the head examiner's opinion (was a narrow road, and I 'went a tiny bit too far onto other side of it' - the road was practically one vehicle wide...), so he faile dme, but the mates mentioned earlier were allowed to pass for deriving so well the rest of the test.))
Oh, and I'll need to tax, MOT and insure my car, plus I know it needs new tires, and balancing, a new battery, new rear wiper, new exhaust (last one fell off when it was moved to where it is now - just before one of the battery's cells died, rendering said battery useless...)
But on the whole I like driving.

i love driveing aside for car repair i dont mind driveing brit around it gives us time to talk away from her family
