How about giveaways? Like dice rolling, each person gets 2 chances at getting a certain number, if no one gets the number than the two closest rollers split it. So like items and money are both acceptable. Sometimes the items could be cheap, but other times they could be expensive. What do you think?

And we should have ava contests, the winner should get gold or items, you know? And we should host it once every week, but let everyone who is going to participate put them up, then a poll will be put up and people can vote for their favorite. Although the only unfair part about it is that people with more money can make their ava unfairly better. Oh well that sucks <_<, but each participant should get 100 gold or so.
