Oh and none of what the idiot above me did, if you don't know all you have to do is look around a little to see.
First Offense is a warning
Second offense is a 'donation' to the guild of 150 gold (Oh BTW if you do do it, your not making that much gold, so you lose gold, this is to make it not worth the second offense)
Third Offense is a banning, and if you want to get back in, you need to donate 300 gold.
Fourth Offense (this so better not happen), you will be kicked from the guild indefinately.
Sorry if any of this seems cruel to any of you, but when this happens the order of things gets throw off, and we no longer know exactly what topic was where, and what's oldest without post, unless we go through ever topic, and there is no proper deleting a final post from a topic, the spammers name will still appear in the most recent poster, where before it said a poster of meaning's name.
Oh and if it does come to a third offense consider yourself lucky, spamming is against the Gaia ToS. Chain letters are a form of spam, and petitions are a form of chainletter, they do not belong going through the PM system, there is a forum dedicated to it.
