I have made Lord of the Rings music vids, but I am the only person I know that does this. Does anyone else? It might be hard to believe*sarcasm* but most of my music vids(mvs) are about Legolas. It's so hard NOT to be attracted to him. My friend and I also wrote us into the Lord of the Rings series, but it's too bad we could never publish it cause it is so AWESOME!

I've made many LOTR Music Vids. I started out using Real Player Media Shows and making videos themed around "The X-Files", mostly Alex Krycek pieces or Mulder/Scully Shipper vids. Though, I'll admit that my fav had to be the one where I used the song, "Invisible Sun". Then I went into making Nick Lea (he played Krycek) character vids (for like "Vertical Limit" or "Xtro II: The Encounter").
Eventually, I decided to try my hand at a little Windows Movie Maker. My first video was for a trailer for my story's, "Natha Daged Dhaer: They Are All Going To Die" and "Hiro Hyn Hidth Ab'Wanath: May They Find Peace In Death", to the song "Desert Rose" by Sting. I decided that I liked making LOTR music videos...
I made another, starring the antics of Merry and Pippin from FOTR to the "Theme from SWAT" from the new "S.W.A.T." film with Collin and Jackson.
Then I created a lovely Aragorn/Arwen centric video to Enrique Iglesias' "Addicted" using clips from all three films.
Then, I was inspired by the great fanfic works of Cassia and Sio ( http://www.aragorn_legolas.5u.com ) and did a Friendship video for Legolas and Aragorn, centered around the song "Brother's Under the Sun" by Bryan Adams.
To date, that is my BEST LOTR video.
I also did a funny christmas one with a poem I did late one night. It's to the tune of "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" but it's called "Strider the Kingly Ranger". I like it... but my singing sucks!
I've got a video in process, inspired by Orli singing "Jingle Bells" that is going to be a huge Christmas medley of LOTR to many different Christmas songs. I always associate LOTR with Christmas these days.
Lately though... I've been making a few different music videos. My latest few revolve around the RPG.
One is about Sario and Legede and their love, to the song of "Every Heart" by BoA. The other is a tribute to all the current characters in the RPG to the song "Obsession" from the anime ".HackSign//" (I think that's right in spelling... don't remember).
However, I have also done a "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" music video about Spike's love for Buffy to the song (which irronically played the first time Spike ever saw Buffy on the show) "Stupid Thing" (but I can't remember who sings it). And a musid video centered on the Fantasy art of the great Todd Lockwood to the song "Dreams Come True" by S.E.S.
My absolute latest music video is in memorium of the character of Boone Carlyle from the tv show, "LOST" and is to the song, "I Shall Not Walk Alone" (though I've forgotten at this time who sings it as well...).
As for fanfiction... the post would be even LONGER than the part about music videos.
