Hidden Village in the Storm.

A hidden village located in the depths of a mountain range, the tall lustrous peaks concealing the village within its natural barriers. The village received its name from the high amounts of electrical energy that seems to inhabit the air around them. Although this happens to be one of the five hidden villages, this clan seemed to take on a darker approach to their way of life. The founder of the clan has obtained a tainted personality herself, forming this village as an act of vengeance upon her old kin. The fellow shinobi’s that reside in the Hidden Village in the Storm have rubbed off from their Kage, their personalities taking a dive for the worse as well.

Words of Caution from the Kage of the Village:

“This village isn’t for any regular ninja, I take my pride into these serious matters. I’ll only take in the best, and strongest people. I will not allow my name to be sullied by the likes of weak shinobi.”

Those if accepted into this village will have the abilities to control all aspects of electrical energy, being able to have power over all electric currents within the land. There happens to be electricity all around us, a difficult task to be able to control them all, but with proper training and obedience you will be in command of every single thing that happens to give off energy.



Different Types of Electricity you can control:

1.) Within the Air: Being from the village in the storm your village resides in a path with highly active electric currents in the air. Since being used to the high atmospheric pressure this is an easy and efficient way of extracting electricity from the air.
*Academy Students are able to control this power.



2.) Within Water: As you know high amounts of electricity are generated from large amounts of water. As a ninja from the storm village continues to advance further into their training they will be able to extract electricity from even the smallest amount of water. For now at this stage in age, Chunnins are able to use large bodies around them to produce their electrical attacks.
* Chunnins can both use the electrical currents within the air as well as wheedle out electricity from larger bodies of water.



3.) Within the Ground: Pulsing beneath layers upon layers of earth there are highly powerful electrical currents bolting through the rock. To be able to remove this exceedingly powerful energy, the ability of extracting electricity from water was to come first. Even the tiniest drops of water within the cracks of rock beneath can help add on to the supremacy of this attack.
*Jounin are able to convert the electrical energy within the ground to chakra, making them able to hone their skills more clearly now, not having to depend on a certain factor in order to use their jutsus.
*Can now extract energy from smaller bodies of water.
*Has even more control over the electrical currents within the air



4.) Within Nature: In every living thing there happens to be electricity pounding within them. From the smallest tree to the largest mountain which happens to border our mighty village. Borrowing energy from our living surroundings is a difficult task but can create a highly powerful attack. Shinobi at this stage in age can borrow energy from anything around them, including plants and animals. It takes a lot of training to get to this extremely high level, making sure to make the right precautions about extracting the energy within the living specimens. Shinobi must be very careful with this power, if they remove too much energy from the object it will most certainly die. If a ninja is too greedy with borrowing energy from nature, they will indeed be punished, if not by nature spirit itself, the Kage will make sure to see what fits your punishment best. The Village of the Hidden Storm cannot lose their blood contract with the spirit of nature due to a mistreatment of our honorable jutsu, precautions must be made.
*Cannot remove energy from humans just yet, still requires more training.
*ANBU members can use this technique of converting energy borrowed from nature into chakra.
*Members at this level are now able to almost fully control the electrical currents within the air, can extract energy from even smaller bodies of water such as puddles. Can also detach the electricity from the ground a lot easily, making it almost a simple task.




5.) Within the Human Body: Now with your vigorous training complete you are able to control the energy beating within human veins. These attacks are only for the strongest and bravest ninjas. These jutsu’s mostly resolve in death for the enemy you are attacking. The strongest most powerful attack created from extracting energy within the human body is called, “Oujou: Yori Naibu No Jutsu. (Death from Inside) ” It has the complete power to kill a person from the inside, an attack that is supposed to cause great pain to the enemy before they die. These attacks do however consume all of your chakra, and only the strongest shinobi will be able to use master this. Must keep in mind that you will have to have no regrets while killing another human being, if a shinobi shows any weakness while using this attack it will backfire and the death will be brought upon you.
*Only Legendary Shinobi can control this ability.
*Has complete control over everything that gives off energy, being able to convert that energy into electricity.
*Can now extract energy from even the tiniest about of water, including dew and small droplets of water.



6.) Everything. The Kage now has complete control over all aspects of energy. Their skills are the strongest and most powerful, resulting in a darkened personality with no regrets. The Kage of this village is one of the most evil, heartless people you’ll ever meet, having killed many people with ease.
