The Grotto
(Not the playboy one you sick perverts whee )
Within the mighty ranges of mountain there lies an underwater cave, which is commonly referred to as a grotto. A deep cavern found beneath layers upon layers of rock, although is said to be one of the most beautiful places found in the entire village. Since the shinobi from the Village of the Hidden Storm can extract energy from the water and the earth, this place is commonly referred to as a healing or relaxing spot for the injured or just resting ninjas. The water here contains special energy designed specially for the Storm shinobi, the clan’s Kage making an exclusive spot for her fellow clan members to come and relax. It puzzles her some days wondering why she would even think of doing something slightly considerate of others.
However, be warned other clan members, this particular spot is only made for Storm Shinobi. If any other villages are caught bathing in our healing water’s they will be in for a rude awakening.

Leina entered the grotto quietly making no noise. No one was there, just how she liked it, nothing much would happen here, none of the other villages knew of it like the courtyard and plateau. Walking a few more feet she sat down crossed legged in front of the water looking at her reflection.
Her silver eyes seemed darker, more eviler. "Why did mother do that? Why did she send Kikiana to come get me, she'll never make it over the mountains. The static and electricity is to much" Leina closed her eyes and crossed her arms angrily and sat there for a while.

Standing up she quickly dusted herself, eyes still closed and quite irritated. Muttering about stupid and foolish people risking their youngest for an eldest. Leaving the grotto and nowhere else in mind to go she began walking heading to the plateau, sparks appearing here and there out of pure anger.

As Nayami continued to walk through the damp hallway she could hear the distinct sound of the water droplets as they dripped down from the top of the rock, splashing down into the pools of water below her. It was an almost comforting sound to her, knowing she could soon heal herself as well as try to relax her weary body in the calm waters of her exclusive grotto.
Nayami’s movement seemed to stop as she came in contact with a rather large stone wall. Different symbols and marking seemed to be carved along the rocky surface, the words etched deep into the mineral.
Placing her palm on the center of one of the symbols she allowed her fingers to line up with the marking above it. Nayami’s eyelids dropped only for a mere moment, before they once again snapped open at the sound of the barrier slowly sliding off to the side.
The markings could only be activated by another Storm shinobi, and that’s what prevented other clans from trespassing into her special area.
As Nayami passed through the doorway, she was soon greeted by a large bright blue pool of water. Huge stones cascaded over the edges of the pool and served as a resting spot if her fellow ninjas just needed a calm, quiet place to just sit and enjoy the scenery.
“Come.” Nayami motioned with her hand as she twisted back her neck to get a glance of Ryu.

Ryu made a rough touch down as he landed on the foundation, while catching his shirt in the process. This caused his legs to ache. He flung his top over his shoulder as he followed Nayami.
“Come? What am I, you’re slave now?”
As his feet moved through the water, he stared down at the ripples that were made. He began to relax as the refreshing waters reminded him of his lake.

Nayami smirked lightly at Ryu’s response, “You only wish.” She replied simply before she walked right into the pool of water, not even bothering to undress herself.
The water that served as a healing spot in the grotto proved to be not very deep, and it only came up to about Nayami’s chest. This wasn’t a place where ninja would train by swimming a hundred laps or so, it was merely just a relaxation haven.
Walking along the rocky bottom of the pool, she sat down on one of the seat-like stones that had been emerged under the cool, comforting waters. As Nayami closed her eyes, the water began to give off a bright blue glow, the energy now fully showing itself.
With a deep sigh, Nayami started to absorb the energy in order to heal her wounds and weariness.

Ryu gazed his ruby eyes at Nayami with a with a weak smile. He then took off all of his clothing except his boxers and ninja band, which was secured tightly around his forehead. After Ryu kicked his apparels to the side, he slowly stepped into the water, walked over to Nayami, and sat beside her.
“So, you come here often? I think I like it here.”
The relaxed boy closed his eyes and released a yawn.
“I see that you are shorter than I am, but how old are you? I’m nineteen…and curious.”

All of Nayami’s wounds seemed to disappear as the blue glow finally faded away. Her attire was a still a bit tattered, but no worries; she could easily get a new one.
Opening her eyes slowly at the sound of Ryu’s voice, Nayami’s face once again took on its regular emotionless mask. “Yes, I come here often. I cannot heal myself in battle, in fear of taking advantage of my contract with the spirit of nature. All I can do is come here and heal my wounds. It’s a small price I must pay for being able to use such…cruel jutsu’s.”
Leaning against the moist rock, she rested her back against it, drawing in yet another deep sigh. “I wouldn’t get too used to it, I’m sure my other ninjas wouldn’t appreciate the leader of another clan using our waters. The only reason I’m allowing you in here is because I was in a horrible condition, and if a battle did occur I might have faced a few…setbacks.”
One of her eyebrows seemed to rise in slight interest as her mask was soon shattered by a faint smirk. “Seems I have more experience than you, young Kage.” Nayami replied as she reached back with both of her arms, placing them behind her neck so she could rest her head on top of them. “I’m 23.”

Ryu became intrigued by her reply. Since he is known to have seen many jutsu, he began to wonder which one she was talking about. He raised one of his eyelids and spoke to her.
“What jutsu are you talking about? And how cruel is it?”
The Kage chuckled, then looked at his hand and closed his fist.
“It doesn’t seem like you have many ninja anyway. What are the chances?”
Ryukinzo sank lower into the water after the Nayami made her comment. His eyes darted at the female.
“Whoa, what do you mean by ‘experience‘?”

Closing her eyes, Nayami continued to lie down upon her arms, the cool waters which surrounded her body proving to be very relaxing indeed. “Jutsu? Hm, I think you mean jutsu’s my friend.”
Opening up her eyes slowly, her bright orbs seemed to be focused on the ceiling of the rocky cave. “As you know, all shinobi and humans alike have energy flowing within their veins, strong, electrical currents pulsing through your entire bodies.” Lifting up her head, Nayami allowed her hands to slip back into the water as she leaned upright.
“I can control that energy, and transfer it into an electrical attack. There are many jutsu’s I can control that deal with the human body.” Sinking her head beneath the water for a mere moment she came back up for air, her whole body now completely soaked.
“Lets see…I can make you commit suicide, I can cause your skin to crack, your limbs to grow numb, your blood to stop circulating through your body…Oh what else…” The female Kage gently tapped her chin as she thought of her various jutsu’s. “I can decease your breathing, hmm a slow suffocation is always a pleasure to watch.” Laughing lightly, Nayami tossed her now wet hair over her shoulders.
“Mostly, all of the techniques I use are created to bring great suffering to the person I’m attacking, and most likely an excruciating death.”
Parting her lips slowly, Nayami drew in a deep breath as she felt her body once again return to normal. “Watch your mouth Crystal Kage, soon enough I will have enough members to take anyone on.” She replied coldly as her eyes narrows at the other Kage as she turned to face him. “And by experience I mean on the battle field, I believe the type of ‘experience’ you were getting at isn’t much in favor of me, I fall in that category where…I do believe you are rather high.”

Ryu’s mouth dropped open in awe. He was stunned to know that jutsu’s of that caliber existed. He looked around a bit nervously and held out his hand.
“Um…”
A red crystal appeared out of thin air.
“…I can make crystals.” He said jokingly.
“You want this one?”
“I have nothing to be afraid of. I already have enough ninja to take down any village that I want at the moment. The Shadow has too many Students. Besides, there may be a war soon.”As Ryu finished his sentence, a gloomy look was slapped onto his face. He knew he shouldn’t be mentioning this, but he couldn't care less.

“A war?” Ryu’s words really seemed to now grab Nayami’s interest. Standing up she continued to allow her eyes to fall into his gaze. “Hmm, this may pose some trouble for me. My clan’s numbers are rather small, I’m afraid I’d be in deep water if a war was to break out any time soon.”
The female Kage hated to admit to this, and her words reeked of pure annoyance at the thought of her losing. “As strong as my shinobi are, there’s no way in hell we could possibly take on two or three clans alone.”
Taking a few steps into the center of the pool, Nayami could feel her blood begin to boil, “There must be a way to prolong this war for awhile, just a bit longer so I have some more time to recruit more members.”
A heavy cloud now loomed over Nayami’s mind; she knew she now faced a major problem. She was not one to make friends, and have strong alliances with other happy little villages; the only way she’d ever make an alliance was if she approved of the other clan’s teachings and abilities.
As she kept her back turned to Ryu, she gently reached back with one of her arms and removed the crystal from his palm. “What does the crystal do?” Nayami asked lightly, trying to lift her now troubled mind.

In a matter of seconds, after failing to hold in his giggle, Ryu fell into the water laughing. He arose from the water and combed back the hair that was sticking to his face. He rested his hands on his knees as he tried to catch his breath.
“You’re very funny.”
The Kage stepped over to the side of the kunoichi and smiled brightly at her.
“That crystal…it makes things look pretty. And about the war...,”
Ryu smirked and flipped his hair to the side with the flick of his head. Causing a few droplets of water to crash back into the grotto.
“…whoever said you were involved. It’ll be the Shadow Village. For there is a traitor amongst them, but he needs a little assistance. And I’ve been bored lately, so I thought it would be nice to go help him out. He goes by the name of Genji. He’s a really nice guy, and clever too. But this is just between me and you. Got that?”Ryukinzo rested his hand on Nayami’s shoulder, then calmed down. And his voice became soft.
“If you ever need any help, just give me the signal. My shinobi and I are always ready for battle.”

One of Nayami’s eyebrows seemed to twitch slightly in annoyance at Ryu’s reply. She had completely worked herself up for no reason, and it slightly left her agitated. Closing her eyes, Nayami tried to clam herself down as a soft sigh escaped through her lips.
“I don’t believe I’ve ever been called…funny before.” She muttered beneath her breath before once again lifting her eyelids.
“Well, as long as it has nothing against me, I truly have nothing to worry about. However, if this guy is as strong and clever as you say, I might be willing to lend a hand or two; a traitor of another village is like music to my ears.” Rolling the smooth crystal in her fingers, her bright eyes seemed to look down upon it, “As long as I have no traitors amongst me, all is well.”
As Nayami felt one of Ryu’s palms drop down upon her shoulder, it caused her neck to slowly lean to one side, a soft almost purr like sound of affection leaving her lips. “I’m glad you have accepted my ways, or I might have thought of killing you.”
