The PlateauAlong the stretching peaks of our vast mountains, solid slabs of rock have formed plateaus and fissures over a series of years. Along these dangerous conditions, we, the Storm shinobi train day after day trying to hone our skills. This one great plateau happens to be located very high within the mountains, its edges lightly surrounded by packs of icy cold snow. Here is where our main training location resides and where we can take on other members of the different clans.  *All villages are welcomed.
*Battles may take place here, or if wanted, a casual talk amongst other clan members.
*Do as you please in this location, it is reserved for no one, but do be warned, you may find yourself in a bad predicament if you do happen to interrupt the Kage while shes training.
Mind you, it does depend on what she thinks about you....

Ryu soars over the lands with his wings sprouted, then he notices a plateau and lands down on it...

Ryu scans the area and notices it rocky features.
This would be a perfect place for a giant crystal.

Nayami could sense the presence of another ninja inhabiting her precious training grounds, this now causing her to become slightly agitated, knowing that it wouldn't be one of her fellow clan members lost in training.
“I wonder who has enough nerve of showing up like this, without informing me…” She muttered coldly beneath her breath. Jumping up a few of the natural rugged ledges, she soon came face to face with the Kage of the Crystal Village.
“And what do you think you’re doing here?” Nayami demanded as her keen eyes soon noted his stance, her eagerness burning fiercely within the bright orbs.
“I don’t recall making a Kage meeting.” She sneered as her pointed fangs seemed to gently p***k into the soft skin of her lower lip.

Ryukinzo stared into the eyes of the kunoichi. Wondering what to do next.
"So you're the Kage of the Network?"Ryukinzo held out his hand and sent an electric spark towards her.

A cruel smirk seemed to spread upon Nayami’s thin lips, the electricity he tried to attack her with soon converting itself into chakra only to be absorbed by her body. “
"You must be foolish to try and use an electrical attack against me; I do control all aspects of energy, you do realize.” Laughing lightly her voice seemed to carry a more darkened nature to it, not a wholesome happy school girl laugh, but an almost hideous sinful laughter.
“But yes, I’m the Kage of this Village. Everything you see here is mine, and only mine. I hope you don’t mind me asking, but why are you here?” Nayami’s words didn’t seem to carry with them any tone of friendliness, if anything it sounded as if she was highly annoyed by his presence.

Ryukinzo chuckles at the Kage's comment.
"You're ignorance amuses me. I sense a magnetic field nearby. And this is the Network after all, or close to it atleast. I assumed you would be a bit friendly an acknowlegde me of my power, but I guess not. It would be stupid to attack you like that."
Ryu begins to admire the landscape again, and adjusts his left glove.
"I didn't come here intentionally. I was just flying around, and like I said, I sensed a magnetic feild."
Ryu noticed that his scaley wings were still showing, so he retracted them back into his back.
"You seem different from the other Kage. Your appearance and attitude alone makes me feel like I'm about to get my a** kicked.
The other guys, or better yet boys, are annoying. Please dont kill them. I'm sure you'll get the urge to do so if you even glance at their faces. They've formed an alliance. So if you attack one, then you'll have to attack the other. They have the abilities of fire and darkness."
Ryu narrowed his eyes and stared deeply into Nayami's.
"And now I bet you are wondering why I am telling you all of this...I hate them. Its as simple as that. So forget about what I said about trying not to kill them."
Ryukinzo shuffles his feet on the rocky ground to turn around.
"Oh yeah, foolish me. Why am I giving you orders?"
The shinobi turns his head in the direction of his right shoulder.
"My name is Rairyuu by the way...."

Nayami allowed the other Kage’s words to soak deeply into her troubled mind.
“Alliance eh? It suits them just perfectly, the two weakest clans joining together.” Running a few of her slender fingers through her raven hair, Nayami’s lips seemed to twist slightly to form another one of her cold smirks.
“As much as I despise weakness, I’m in no condition to try to annihilate other shinobi. My clan has hit certain…hmm how could I say this…” Her bitter voice seemed to carry an even greater tone of exasperation as she tried to make the perfect sentence.
“I guess you could call it a certain snag.” She finally decided as she lightly shrugged her shoulders. One of her thin arches soon raising in interest as she carefully paid attention to the other Kage.
“What a nice name.” Nayami sneered as she showed no current gesture to shake his hand.
“You may have been intrigued by my electrical fields but don’t think just because your on my land I’ll be friendly and invite you in for a spot of tea, oh great Crystal Kage.” Her voice seemed to reek of sarcasm as her harsh words dripped from her two lips.
“All you should know, is I’m Nayami.” With that the Kage turned her back to the young man and disappeared down into one of the darken crevasses.

:She appears out of a
whirlwind of ice petals:
"So this is the place
of the network village.
Kinda vacant, hmm."
:She had observed
from a distance the
meeting of the 2 Kage's:
"So she steals energy..
I sence a darkness to her."
:Thinks to herself:
"Luckyily all the attacks
in my village are used with
the springs of the great falls,
People of cruel intentions
can't use the energy their..
for fear of being devoured
from the inside out"
:Using her ice petals to
form a bridge, she carefully
crosses the crater:
"Hopefully this one won't
be such a hothead like that
volcano guy"
:Reaching the other side,
she sat silently on the edge:

Nayami’s bright blue eyes seemed to flash above her as she soon arched her head up.
“Another Kage here? Hmm interesting…” She thought to herself with a slight smirk.
Pressing her feet into the hard ground, Nayami closed her eyes calmly as she twisted her heels into the rock.
Allowing herself to concentrate all of her chakra onto the pads of her feet, she soon jumped into the air, darting from side to side of the deep creator. It was almost like watching a game of Pong as the Kage quickly zipped along the narrow edges. It was only a mere second before she reached the top, shattering though the ice bridge she performed a slight back flip as she landed gracefully onto her feet.
“And how may I help you?” Nayami’s interest was slightly intrigued by the female Kage, knowing that she wouldn’t have to deal with any perverted actions or nonsense.

:Awoken from her daydream,
she looked up at the girl now
towering above her:
"Nothing really, just wanted to
see you actually."
:She stood up to make eye
level with the girl:
"My name's Tokiami Tasugi,
I come from the Village hidden
in the Cascades. Your village
actually seemed worth coming
too so I had to see for myself."
:She looked up at the clouds:
"It's good to finally have
some competition around.
Most of these Kage's aren't
worth your time. Needless
to say, I don't know much about
you but I'm sure you could
beat them easily."
:She rolled her eyes at the
thought of the testosterone
she had been dealing with:
"If you don't mind me asking..
I'd like to know you alittle better"
:She stared into her eyes,
intrigued by the emptyness
they showed:

Nayami seemed to snort lightly at the other females comments.
“You know, the other Kage informed me about the other villages as well, it sure doesn’t seem like they’re up to par with us.”
Flipping her silky shadowed black bangs away from her face, she smirked as she slowly held out her hand, trying to show a gesture of friendliness, although it highly wasn’t in her nature.
“It seems competition these days has run scarce, I’m honored to have someone I can look up to.” Nayami spoke calmly knowing she was dealing with someone who actually acted upon their responsibilities.
“My name is Nayami, and no I have no problem with telling you about myself.” As she slowly bent down to show her appreciation with a bow, her piercingly bright eyes seemed to gaze up at the girl, her hair spilling down messily upon her pale face.

:Smiling she pulled
out an ice rose
and handed it to her:
"My apologies, Nayami,
but I am needed elsewhere.
I allow you to come and visit
me anytime you please though.
With that rose you can enter
my village anytime"
:She winked and with that
her whirlwind picked her
off and she disappeared
leaving only a rose as
evidence of her existance: -Really stays in her village.. lurking-
