A select group of people who use TaiJutsu skills and a few Jujutsu skills.
They are all strong willed and those who are not are outcasted. The brave are commended and the weak are ignored.
There motto is, "To be strong, is to be One with Chakra."
Therefore they practice there usage of chakra always and keep there movements presice and agile so that none is wasted.
There bloodline Is the Gaiakagen. A skill much like the Byukagen Of the Hyuga Clan but the users hearing is increased two-fold compared.

Only people of the Gaioh village are allowed.
There weapons are Shuriken.
Only the Leader (Jin Kami) can weild a Katana and when he dies his katana goes to the next on the throne.
Remember your character should have a attitude which shows they are not willing to give something up and will always get vengence if it necessery.
